What I Ate Today:
7am / breakfast: 40g oatmeal with flaked coconut
12am / snack: one small sized apple and cookie
2pm / lunch: dumplings with pickled cabbage and belly pork
3pm / snack: 1/2 peach, 1 chinese pear, 4 cherry tomatoes
5pm / dinner: sandwich express with chicken meat
7pm / snack: 1 cup of pumpkin soup
