Day 6

My Journey to get a Kpop body

 

What I Ate Today:

7am / breakfast: 50g oatmeal 

10am / snack: 3 celery sticks with peanut butter

12am / lunch: chicken soup

6pm / snack: 3 cups of watermelon and peaches

7pm / dinner: bowl of rice with macrela and mushrooms, after that I snacked on salted sunflower seeds

 

- replace mushrooms with meat to get enough daily protein intake or drink soy milk!

 

Workout:

- I noticed that I have gained more fat, mostly belly fat so I'll be focusing on doing HIIT from now on, which is the best effecient way to lose fat. You might gain muscle but that's okay, your metabolism will stay increased even hours after HIIT workouts!
