My Journey to get a Kpop body

Hello! 

Welcome to my journey to get a healthy, lean kpop body. Starting from 1/09/2016, I'll be focused on toning my body, which means: healthy eating and working out frequently. For those who want to lose weight, I might post some helpful tips in future :)

 

My goals are:

- lose a face fat (I have had chubby cheeks since I was born!)

- get closer to a 5:3:2 leg ratio (my calves are naturally big and kind of mascular so my proportions are really weird ;;) 

- get a firmer stomach, get rid of daily bloating

- get stronger arms (they are really really skinny and weak tbh)
