My Journey to get a Kpop body
What I Ate Today:
Okay, I'm reallyyy ashamed to post today's chapter because I had such a big cheat day!
breakfast: skipped
12am / lunch: bowl of rice with pork meat, 2 celery sticks, 3 cherry tomatoes
2pm / snack: mom made this amazing apple cinnamon strudel, i ate about 10 small pieces... i also snacked a lot on salted sunflower seeds and 3 asian pears
6pm / dinner: the same as lunch + beet leaves
7pm / dinner: I couldn't resist and ate this big sweet bread
- celery is extremely low in calorie, only 16 calories in one cup of chopped celery, you can combine it with peanut butter.. perfect combination!
Workout:
I didn't workout today! Resting :))
