Day 7

My Journey to get a Kpop body

 

What I Ate Today:

7am / breakfast: 50g oatmeal with 1tps flaked coconut to add sweet flavour

11am / lunch: pasta with pepper sauce and chicken meat

1pm / snack: 2 chinese pears, 1/2 pear, peanuts and sunflower seeds and 450ml 

4pm / dinner: bowl of rice with macrela and salted peanuts

 

- oatmeal is very good for your body, will satisfy your empty stomach for a very long time and your stomach won't bloat!
