My Journey to get a Kpop body
What I Ate Today:
9am / breakfast: 70g oatmeal (150kcal)
12am / lunch: 2 slices of wholewheat bread with sour cream spread and eggs, 3 cherry tomatoes and 4 slices of watermelon
4pm / dinner: bowl of rice with boiled green beans and eggs, 3 watermelom slices and 2 M&S butter cakes
- eat dinner the earliest you can to lose weight faster, for example have dinner before 6pm everday.
Workout:
So last night I tried this tip from Heart_a_tag video for slimming down legs and it really worked! My calves were smaller half a centimeter the next day!
