My Journey to get a Kpop body

What I Ate Today:

I woke up late today so I skipped breakfast.

12am / lunch: M&S nutty super wholefood salad (385kcal), a bit expensive, but it' yummy and makes you feel super full

3pm / snack: banana (120kcal) and peach (51kcal)

6pm / dinner: chicken salad

 

- when snacking, cut fruit or vegetable into slices, you won't rush on eating it, you'll stay full for longer

 

Workout:

I did kpop cardio today! Follow sarahkpop on youtube; she's done many dance workouts that are easy to follow and will make excercising more fun for you!
