Day 2
My Journey to get a Kpop bodyWhat I Ate Today:
7am / breakfast: apple (70kcal)
11am / snack: coconut and blueberry ice cream (160kcal - kill me, there was so much sugar in it ;;)
2pm / lunch: I only ate a peach (51kcal) and 5 plums (150kcal)
7pm / dinner: rice noodles with boiled vietnamese chicken, roasted fish, boiled beans and zucchini and fried pork spring rolls. I was definitely overeating tonight since I was with my friend's house. That's also the reason I ate so little for lunch, I was saving the calories for later haha
Workout:
Today I did a HIIT workout by FitnessBlender. If you want to lose body fat fast, doing HIIT workouts 3-4 times a week is the way for you! But careful, if you are a beginner I would recommend you to do cardio first, since high intensity interval training is hard to start with and you might end up hurting yourself.

The next workout designed by XHIT was focused on losing arm fat. I was using my 2kg dumbells.
