Day 1

My Journey to get a Kpop body

 

What I Ate Today:

7am / breakfast: oatmeal (160kcal) 

12am / lunch: a small bowl of vietnamese soup pho (500kcal) 

4pm / snack: a medium apple (80kcal) and a slice of whole wholewheat bread (70kcal)

8pm / dinner: a bowl of white rice (204kcal) with turmeric fish and dill and boiled green beans (300kcal?) 

 

- Drinking water (ideally warm) with lemon everyday will make your skin brighter and clearer! I usually use half of a lemon and drink the juice twice a day. A video below shows Yuri doing her own lemon juice :)

- Remember to have a balanced diet! I ate pretty much carbs today so I should add more fruits and vegetables tomorrow. Also, the calories aren't 100% accurate! Eating 1,200kcal is a minimum imo. 

 

Workout:

So today I tried a workout that featured After School members. Firstly I did squats, 20 times x 3 set. I rested no more than 15 seconds between each set. Sounds like a lot but you don't actually sweat much!

The next one were Superman pushups shown at the beginning of the video. Now, I haaate pushups since I can't do them lol and I could definitely feel my arms burning during this excercise. 20 times x 2 set. I skipped the rest of the video.

Abs next! I love following XHIT workouts because you can definitely feel the burn and the instructors really know the way how to motivate you (one of them, Rebecca, actually had a photoshoot with Hyoyeon hehe).
