After I finished my shift that night, I quickly go to Siwon hyung’s apartment. He said he need to discuss something important with me today. When I get out of the elevator and skipped towards his house, I couldn’t help but think of what he wanna talk about.

Just as long as he doesn’t say that he’s going to buy me an apartment like before then I guess I don’t have to worry about it so much. The last time he did that I got really mad and told him that I’ll cut off our relationship if he’s still wanna showered me with his wealth.

Fortunately, he listened.

Truthfully, considering that I’m an orphan, I love it when he treat me just like his own brother. At least I could experience the feelings of having a hyung in my life. But his habit of giving me this unnecessary ‘presents’ had pissed me off.

I’m poor, but I’m not a beggar or homeless.

Because of how he keep doing that is what makes people around us think that we’re lovers. Thank god that he have an understanding boyfriend that would bear with his antics, so rather than feels threatened by me, Kibum instead found this rumour is very hilarious. If I’m him, I would beheaded anyone who dare to get close to Siwon hyung.

Too preoccupied with my thought, I didn’t realize that I already arrived in front of Siwon hyung’s house. I pressed the doorbell, but it’s not working.

After pressing it some more, I started to get irritated at the broken bell, so I test my luck by turning the doorknob.

It’s opened!

That’s weird. Why did he leave his door like this?

Never mind that.. With this opportunity, I decide to surprise him. He would be freak out when he see me.

I tiptoed silently into the house, trying hard not to bump into anything that’ll make unnecessary sounds.

Its pitch black in the hallway, but I can still figure out my way by depending on the light that comes from the kitchen. I guess he must be making dinner as I kept hearing weird sounds coming from there.

I continued tiptoeing and get closer to the kitchen to take a peek. I frowned because, he was nowhere in sight, but I can still hear the butchering sounds.

It was coming from behind the kitchen’s island, so I curiously walked around to look at what he was doing. What I saw next makes me freeze, there’s no voice coming out from my throat, my eyes went wide, and my jaw dropped.
