► The setting of the story is more like in ancient China rather than ancient Korea but it's up to you whether you want to imagine the setting is based on Joseon Dynasty or scenes from The Empress of China, etc. This story is based on many Chinese novels, I read them in my language so when it comes to English, there might be some mistakes but please do point them out for me! ;) Since the history of Asia is different than Western countries (I think you guys can understand that easily? Clothes, setting, system, etc) and for many of you readers who don't really understand what's happening, do not worry, I'll explain things during the story process ^^

MAIN CHARACTERS

You as Lee Taeyeon/Kim Taeyeon

20 years old. We'll learn about you throughout the story ^^

Lee Ten
(idk.... because his full name is Thai but let's just go with Ten..)

19 years old, he's the Crown Prince. Ten is an intelligent and talented young man,
he's known for being a guy who is quiet and doesn't know how to joke around. In fact,
he just hates most of the people around him and is like salty most of the time yet once
he takes a liking in someone, he will become that one person all of us will die for. Fun fact,
he gets shy easily.

Choi Jinri
18 years old, she's Prince Jaehyun's fiance. Jinri is a shy girl who doesn't talk much and
probably needs to be protected most of the time. She's in love with Ten and although she is
shy, she's actually a very wicked girl and will be a sly fox when she needs to be. Be careful!

Min Yoongi
22 years old, he's the youngest and best cooker of the palace. Yoongi is cold-blooded, mean
and lazy, the only person he likes is Prince Ten (lmao). Yoongi's relationship with Crown Princess
Taeyeon isn't good and you arare going to find out why. 

Im Nayeon

18 years old, she's your loyal servant who has been serving you for more than twelve years now.
Nayeon is a sensitive girl yet she's very childish and bubbly, she is very nosy and will literally do
anything just to bring you and Prince Ten closer. She's very cute and clumsy (like you, ,, ) 

SIDE CHARACTERS
(some side charas are very important as well ^^)
 

Princess Sooyoung (16) & Princess Miyoung (21)
- They are the King and his second wife's children.
- Sooyoung is a childish and shy princess whose health isn't really good.
- Sera is what people call a perfect lady except for the fact that she's very playful.

Prince Jaehyun (18) & Prince Taeyong (24)
- They are the King and his first wife's children.
- Taeyong is that type of princes who gives no about what's happening around him lol,
he's also very playful and idiotic, he's best friends to Miyoung.
- Jaehyun is a kind prince who is also very intelligent, he is often seen alone with her servants
near the lake.

Princess Joohyun (25)
- Prince Taeyong's wife. However, she is not in love with him. Joohyun is a relative to Yoongi.
- She used to have a crush on Crown Prince Ten, it seems like she doesn't care about him now.

Princess Eunha (19) & Princess Sinbi (20)

- Eunha is Ten's second wife and Sinbi is Ten's third wife.
- These two girls are good friends but they are always bickering over Crown Prince Ten.
- They have similar personalities and they seem to not get along with Kim Taeyeon at first.

Lee Markeu (17) & Kim Yugyeom (19)
- Yugyeom is Crown Prince Ten's servant, and of course, he's an eunuch. He's a kind
guy who is very intelligent but is secretly very evil.
- Markeu is a new eunuch and he's going to serve you < 3 (Markeu sounds Korean-ish
enough, I think ;^;). He's a cheerful and bubbly guy just like a second Nayeon but he's
going to be more useful than her lol

   
Park Luna (21) & Kim Yerin (18) & Kim Umji (16) & Jung Yuju (19)
- They are the main servants: Jinri's -> Eunha's -> Sinbi's -> Joohyun's.
- Luna is a mysterious girl who is quite wicked and jealousy.
- Yuju and Umji are both shy and kind-hearted, Yerin is really loud and blunt.
- Yuju has a huge crush on Crown Prince Ten. 

OTHER CHARACTERS
(besides the ones that are going to be mentioned in the story, here are some charas that you might wanna know xD)
