HANBIN POV

 

I tap my foot impatiently. I keep looking at the clock above the whiteboard. I basically don't hear what Miss Sandara said. What I know is she is delivering some announcement. I can ask my classmates later anyway. I'm waiting for the lunch break. We all are. But my reason is different. I want to see her. I miss her already.

 

"RINGGGGG"

After thanking Miss Sandara, I immediately go to the rooftop.

 

 

 

 

 

 

HAYI POV

"Square root 5 plus 900." Mr. Leeteuk who teaches us math are giving us the final problem.

 

5 minutes more.. but this teacher shows us no sign of wanting to stop. I try to comprehend what he said fastly. My brain has never worked this fast. The last time was when I was studying for final last year. 

 

"So your homework is.."

All students sigh. I'm not of them by the way. Not that I like it, it is just it is a good practice.

"Do page 171, 172,173,196,197." He ordered.

 

Okay that was wayyy too many.

 

"Get it done. Submit it tomorrow." He ordered again.

Hey is he crazy or something? There's no way I can submit tomorrow.

"Mr. Leeteuk is very handsome!"Kwanghee complimented him. He coax him!

"Okay, submit it next week." Mr Leeteuk loves compliments. He wants to look younger he said.

 

The students cheer. When the school bell rings, I immediately pack my things up and go to the rooftop.

 

Hanbin. I love him. I'm not fond of texting, that was why I didn't reply his chats. Plus I didn't know him. The way he kept on texting me indicated that he is sincere. Although I don't know what was he up to at that time, but that was what I feel. I let my guard down. When he got the first place, I was impressed. This dude is smart. So I talk to him. I don't talk to boys that much. Kwanghee is an exception of course. He is VEERRRYYY talkative.

 

He makes me feel something I have never felt before. I heard a lot of rumors about him I mean I can't help but hear it because everyone was talking about him. Not good rumors though. But I feel like that wasn't the real him. I was proven right when we are close.

 

When I arrived at the rooftop, he is already there. He never late! Since the day we first talk in the rooftop, we always come here during break time. But sometimes he wasn't here when I was here. He seems to have lost in deep thoughts. What is he thinking about with that grumpy expression..

 

"PEEK-A-BOO!" I try to scare him.

 

"AHH! YA!" He screamed like a little girl. He may seem tough, but he is actually a scaredy cat! I love teasing him.

 

The moody expression is gone. He smiles showing his dimple. SO CUTE!

He holds my hands. 

 

"Let's grow old together, Hayi-ah" He said, sounding like a promise.

"Why suddenly? You sound like a pregnant woman." I jokingly said to him.

 

He let go of my hands.

 

"I have a lot of worries. One of them is about that." He sounds sad.

 

"Of course I wanna grow old together with you, Hanbin. You don't even need to ask." I agree. Who would let go this man?

 

He turns his head towards me. He smiles again as he pats my head.

My tummy! I'm fluttered.

 

"Babe, you are smart right?" He asked me strange question again. BUT HE IS SMARTER THAN ME! HMPH.

I nod anyway.

 

"Kiss me if I'm wrong but dinos are still exist right?" He asked. Looking serious.

 

I am trying to comprehend what he has just said. When I finally get the meaning I.. 

" YAH! You sneaky!" I slap him softly. He chuckles. 

"What's the answer?" He cheekily asked.

"Hm.. is it hot in here or is it just you?" I say to myself loudly while fanning myself. He laughs like a maniac. 

 

Stop laughing please... I already embarrassed as I already am..

His laugh is stopped by the presence of iKON members.

 

"WOW WHAT WAS THAT. I SMELL CHEESY FRIED CHICKEN" Donghyuk said as he walks to us.

"I SMELL BURGERS!" Bobby claimed.

"...WITH EXTRA CHEESE!" He added. Donghyuk gives him a high five. 

"Talking about food, I'm hungry. Hot bars...hot bars.." June basically drools over food.

 

"No wonder I can't find you anywhere bro." Jinhwan said as he stand beside Hanbin.

"Yup! I always come here. By the way, how's your relationship with Minzy?"

"Nah. We were just seeing each other." Jinhwan replied. Were? They look good with each other though. I even have Minzy's number!

 

"Were?" Hanbin asked. Thanks babe for asking!

"Yeah. It just doesn't work out." He smiled bitterly.

 

"It's okay, Jinhwan! I'm sure you will find someone soon!" I cheer him up.

"Yea, I hope so. Thank you." He replied.

JINHWAN POV

 

I am at Hanbin's house right now. Accompanying him. He called me saying that he has a headache and his family isn't at home.

 

"Take care of your sleep. Please get enough rest. Don't think about it too much." I said to him. I swear to god, he sometimes looks old because he thinks a lot. When he overthinks, it is hard for him to fall asleep And when he doesn't get enough sleep, this happens.

 

He nods. 

"I'm so lucky to have you as my best friend, Jinhwan." He locked a deep gaze at me.

"Cut the crap and just sleep!" I said to him.
