(Flashback #3-Winter Ball Proposals + The Day of the Dance)- cont. from last chapter

(On the day of Jimin's proposal to Kai)

(You)-Yah! stop eating the cupcakes

(Jimin)-Some people eat to calm down ok! she said as she clenched her fists

(You)-Alright, look at me you are the one and only Park Jimin i mean if you can tell off people who judge you because of your weight although you lost it all and proved them wrong..anyways if you can do that then what should be holding you back to confessing to a guy who may already like you.

(Jimin)-Did he say that!?

(You)-No i was just saying, i mean how can anyone resist your charm of pure confidence

(Jimin)-So you plan on asking anyone yet?

(You)-You know i'm the type of person that likes school events, especially dances that's obviously going to be filled with lovey-dovey couples

(Jimin)-You mean like the way you and Jongdae act around each other? (she said teasing you once again)

(You)-Yah! do you ship us that much? and besides he already has a line of girls asking him during lunch today~

(Jimin)-Is someone jealous? why don't you ask him to go with you just as your date "as a friend" she said with air quotes using her fingers

(You)-There's no law made that i need a date to go to a school dance~

(Jimin)-That's my girl you're my date then (she said as the two of you then laughed)

At Jimin's house

(Jamming out to Bang Bang Bang by Bigbang and Go Crazy by 2pm)

(You)-So how do you go upon doing the proposal tmrw? we could get a couple of our friends to get him out of his class to head to the parking lot~

(Jimin)-How about you and i wait in the parking lot  since i need someone to hold the cupcakes, while Jongdae and couple of our other friends sneak in Kai's classroom to get him...ohh we could do something like a scavenger hunt! so like each of our friends could hand out little comments i say about him

(You)-Sounds like fun! Should i text Jongdae to come over to help plan?

(Jimin)-Yea! and the other's

texts him: "hey jongjong-ah can you come over to Jimin's place right now?"

get's a reply of: "why you miss me already?"

(Your thoughts-"i know that we're just friends but he tends to confuse me when he says these things to me so casually")

(Jimin)-(after seeing your expression)-"so that looks like he's coming then..for you" (she said the last part silently)

A couple minutes later~

(He sneaks up behind you and Jimin who were adding the frosting on the cupcakes)

(You x Jimin)-UGH YOU RUINED THE CUPCAKES!

(Jongdae)-(smiles and giggles) before he added a little bit of frosting on your face

(You to Jimin)-I regret texting him now..we're not going to get anything done!

(Jimin)-C'mon we all know you missed him~

(You)-I see him everyday trust me..i'm tired of him already

(Jongdae)-(comes over to help you guys asking)-"what are you guys talking about? is it about me?" he says staring at the two of you suspiciously

(Jimin)-yes we were, in fact why don't you two go together to the dance?

(You)-(shoves her in the stomach) she's kidding i mean you probably have a date anyway right Kim Jongdae the biggest flirt of the school? you asked him

(At that time you didn't realize that you secretly wanted him to say no)

(Jongdae)-Actually i haven't yet

(Jimin)-That's perfect then since Yumi now has an excuse to go to the dance

 (You)-(pulls Jimin into another room)-"what are you doing?"

(Jimin)-You'll thank me later for this, c'mon i just want you to go to the dance with someone you'd be comfortale with, i know how much you spend you're time taking care of other's and on the most special night of the year i want you to exprience a night of happiness without stressing about a thing..so please go you deserve it

(You)-Jimin-ah i mean yes i want to go but with Jongdae..i don't know

(Jimin)-Trust me on this you'll probably change your mind once you see him in that tux

(You)-Nothing is going to stop you from doing this is it?

(Jimin)-Nope! now lets go i still have a lot to do, at least you didn't have to do a proposal for the dance for your date

(Heads to Jimin's living room)

(You to Jongdae)-Stop eating all the cupcakes! those are for Kai~

(Jongdae)-then feed me (he said in an aegyo voice)

(Jimin starts laughing)

And the rest of the night was filled with bickering and lots of planning for the next day

The Day of Jimin's (Dance proposal) to Kai

(Jimin)-Where are they shouldn't they be here by now?

(You text Jongdae-"what's taking you guys so long it's been 10mins")

(jongdae replies with-"did i happen to mention how Kai is new to our school and doesn't know where anything is..not even the bathroom's we told him to follow us yet he managed to get lost")

(You then tell Jimin about this as the two of you then go try to find him..which felt like running man since the school was huge with 3 floors)

(Jimin)-ugh that idiot! she says until she bumps into a tall figure in front of her

(Kai)-Who are you calling an idiot? he says as he lifts her face up to face him

(Jimin)-Where have you been?!

(Kai)-Well Jongdae told me to follow him and when he said that he also told me to get him a drink from the vending machine

(Jimin)-Ugh that Kim Jongdae ruined all my hard work

(Kai)-yes i'll go with you if that's what you were going to ask although you didn't need to ask me since i would've gone with you anyway

(Jimin)-really? you sure about that since there were so many girls that have asked throughout the entire week

(Kai)-None of them can beat my Jimin (he said pulling her into a hug)

Meanwhile you happened to bump into Jongdae and the rest of the crew to end up eating all the cupcakes, but that didn't matter to JImin since Jimin got her "yes"

The night of the dance

(The night that you "felt something" you weren't supposed to feel or see)

Anyway let's start from the beginning before all the drama happened~

From the beginning of that night you began to feel uneasy since it seemed like Jongdae was too occupied with this girl named Wendy who seemed nice..except the fact that she stole your date

And after realizing that Jongdae clearly forgot about your existence you decided to leave and head home since you knew from the beginning that this would happen and this is EXACTLY why you hated parties or school dances.

You walked home feeling like a Cinderella except the fact that you never had found your prince charming, until you saw a familiar figure on your front porch

(You)-What are you doing here? (you said knowing that it clearly was Jongdae)

(Jongdae)-I came to give you a night to remember, look i'm sorry i tried to come back but Wendy wouldn't let me

(You)-Really cuz you seemed to enjoy her company~ (you said trying to go inside taking out your house key but Jongdae took your key away from you and took you out by a nearby park that had lights still on from the Christmas festival)

(Jongdae)-reaches out his hand

(You)-What am i supposed to do with that?..can u just give me back my key it's been a long night already

(Jongdae)-No silly come here (he said as he put your arms around his neck and his arms around your waist pulling you closer)

(You)-Why are you doing this?

(Jongdae)-Don't get the wrong idea, i just wanted you to experience a night although it may not be with the right guy but at least with someone who'll care for you, i mean you deserve it

(If only you knew at that time the feelings you secretly had...)

(You)-You know i don't like these kinds of events

(Jongdae)-(laughs)-"Just enjoy it would you?"

(You)-Could i ask you a question?

(Jongdae)-Sure anything^^

(You)-Let's say you and me were to never find a soulmate until the end of time..could we possibly be each other's soulmate then?

(Jongdae)-Are we talking if we were the last two human beings left on this planet? then yes~ but i'm pretty sure we'll both find someone special by then

(You)-I'm sure you will as well (you said as then rested your head on his shoulder) "thank's Jongdae-ah" you said smiling

And from that day on you couldn't figure out what your feelings from this night meant^^
