The next morning I expected to see Tae Hyung and Ji Min in front of my house like usual, but the only one here is Ji Min.

"Ji Min, where's Tae Hyung?"

"He uh... had to go to work. Ya know so his grandmother can rest."

We start to make our way to school.

"Oh okay."

"Let's go."

"Ji Min."

"Yeah?"

"Did Tae Hyung say something to you about what I did yesterday?"

"... No."

"Do you know if he's mad at me?"

"He could never get mad at you."

"Are you sure? I think he's mad at me."

"Why do you say that?"

"He told me I shouldn't tell you what we do, but I need to know if he's angry. You know he came to my house yesterday, right?"

"Yeah."

"Well we were lying down on my bed trying to go to sleep, but we couldn't. I couldn't stop thinking about his lips. I really wanted to kiss him so I tried to but he didn't let me. He seemed uncomfortable. I got closer to him and he just... ran out."

Ji Min doesn't respond.

"So? Is he mad?"

"Kookie, I think you should talk to Tae Hyung about this. I don't think I should be the one to tell you."

"Why not?"

"It's none of my business."

"But I want you to help me."

"I'm sorry Kookie. Come over later so that you can ask him, okay?"

"Okay."

He looks at his phone.

" we're going to be late. Run!"

We got to school right when the bell rings.

The rest of the school day is torturous. I can't concentrate on anything because the only thing on my mind is Tae Hyung.

What did I do wrong?

Is he really mad?

What if he stops talking to me?

I don't want him to leave.

"Jeon Jung Kook, what is the answer to this problem?"

The teachers loud voice wakes me up from my trance.

I look at the teacher then at the board.

That's easy.

Mr. Nam looks surprised when I answer the question.

The entire class starts whooping and hollering.

"Everyone quiet down," Mr. Nam says sternly.

All I did was answer the question....

When it's time for the last lecture I get nervous.

He wouldn't... we're in school.

I sit down next to him.

He doesn't acknowledge my presence.

"He-"

"Good afternoon class," the teacher says as they enter the room.

I guess not.

As soon as the lesson is over I put my things away and go look for Ji Min.

He's sitting under the tree by the gate.

"Hey."

"Hi Kookie. Ready to go?"

"Yes."

We start walking to their house.

"How was your last class?"

"Boring. I thought I would learn a lot of new things if I came to an actual school but I know most of it already."

" man what's your IQ?"

"Tae Hyung asked me the same question when we first started talking. The last time I checked my IQ was 143."

"You're a ing genius."

"Tae Hyung said the same thing."

"Do you miss Tae Hyung or something? You keep mentioning him."

"Yes."

"You just saw him last night."

"I know. I think something is wrong with me. I can't stop thinking about him."

"Nothing is wrong with you Kookie. You're in love with him."

"I really do love him, don't I?"

"Yep."

"Does....Does he love me?"

"You'll have to ask him that yourself."

"Okay."

The rest of the walk is quiet save for some random jokes made by Ji Min.

The closer we get to the house the more nervous I become.

When we finally get there I hesitate to enter.

Ji Min stands by the open door waiting.

I wasn't going to go in but then....

"Jung Kook, darling what a pleasant surprise," Seok Jin-hyung says when he sees me.

He grabs my hand and pulls me inside.

"Hi hyung."

"You guys have perfect timing. Dinner is just about ready."

"Oh I'm quite alright hyung. I just came to see Tae Hyung."

"Did I give you a choice? Anyways Tae Hyung should be in his room."

"Thank you."

I start walking away when Seok Jin-hyung stops me.

"Try not to be so loud today, okay?"

"Okay."

I stop in front of his door.

Should I?

No, I can't do this.

Yes I can! Just don't think about his lips.

I slowly open the door and poke my head in.

He's laying there on his bed looking at his phone.

"Jin-hyung I told you I'm not h-"

He stops mid-sentence when he raise his head and sees that it's me.

"Jung Kook."

"Hi."

"W-What are you doing here?"

I step into the room and close the door.

"You didn't go to school today. Ji Min said you were working at the caffé to give your grandmother a break."

"Yeah I uh was there. I came home about an hour ago. Granny hired some girl recently so once she showed up I left."

"Oh okay."

"Stop standing there like a creep. Sit down."

I sit on the edge of the bed.

"Why did you leave yesterday night?"

"To protect you."

"Protect me from what?"

"Me."

"What? What are you talking about?"

"Jung Kook you like it when I kiss you and touch you, right?"

"Yes. A lot."

"Uhm... okay so do you know what is?"

"I have heard that word before. Those people told me it is a sin unless you are married to that person."

"That's it? They didn't tell you what it really is? What you do?"

"No."

"I'll tell you what gay is, okay?"

"....Okay."

"I'll put it simply....It's a man putting his inside another mans ."

"What?! That's disgusting? How is that even possible?"

"Oh it's possible."

"Have you had before Tae Hyung?"

"No. Ji Min and Ho Seok have though."

"Really?"

"Yep."

"That's... I don't know what to say. Or what to think."

"I know."

"That's not right."

"...."

"It's dirty and wrong."

"...."

"I just... I mean... it's a sin."

"Jung Kook do you remember that day when I punished you in here? I was on top of you. Kissing and touching you."

"Yes."

"Remember how you didn't want me to stop?"

"Yes. It feels really good when you do that to me."

"Well that stuff we were doing is what leads to . It's kinda like the beginning of it."

"W-What?"

"That's why I stopped. I knew that if I continued I wouldn't be able to stop. I didn't want to continue without you knowing what we were about to do."

"So I.... I wanted to have this gay without even realizing it?"

"Pretty much."

Tae Hyung plays with my fingers.

When did I lay down?

"I understand now. I understand why you left last night."

"Yeah. It was hard and I'm not just talking about my ."

"T-Tae Hyung!"

"What?"

"We probably shouldn't do the stuff that leads to then."

"Not if you are planning on remaining religious."

"Aww but it felt so good. The way you made me feel was amazing."

"Yeah I think the holiness is starting to disappear."

"Can I at least kiss you?"

"I don't have a problem with that."

"Good."

I grab his shirt and pull him down for a kiss.
