"hey, look at this!" chaeyeong called out, giggling as jihyo walked towards her. 

"what's that?" she asked, furrowing her eyebrows at her. 

chaeyeong turned the doll over, pressing a button that was on his back as it shouted a "merry christmas!" 

the two girls turned to each other, before bursting into jolly giggles. "oh god, his voice is so funny!" 

"how much is this?" jihyo quickly asked, trying to hide her pink cheeks with her hair. 

"its five bucks. it said you can reccord your voice too," chaeyeong informed, once she had stopped giggling.

the elder snapped her head up. "you sure know alot about this doll, dont you?" 

chaeyeong pouted sheepishly, trying to bite down her smile. 

jihyo blushed. how cute can she get? 

"since you like it so much, let me buy it for you." she said, grinning as chaeyeong looked up and hugged her tightly.

"thank yooouu!" 

"hey, chaeyeong?" jihyo knocked on her door even if it was already open, making the called girl turn around. 

"oh, hi. uh-" she cut herself off when she saw the santa claus doll in jihyo's hand. "thanks for that, by the way." she grinned, pointing to the doll.

"no problem," for my favorite dongsaeng. 

chaeyeong reaches out, trying to grab the doll before jihyo speaks up. 

"but hey, do me a favor and dont press that button until i leave." 

chaeyeong tilted her head to the side, "why?" she asked. 

"its..noisy. yeah." she sheepishly reasoned, tossing the younger her doll before running out the door and into her own room, covering her face. 

so after dinner, which had alot of sneeky glances and shy blushing from the leader, and a curious chaeyeong, she walked back into her room and eyed the doll.

"and how suspicious can jihyo be?" chaeyeong mumured to herself, pursing her lips out.

shrugging, she jumped onto her bed with the newly bought santa doll. 

chaeyeong pressed the button, and rather then a "merry christmas", she definetly did not expect jihyo's voice. 

"hey, chaeyeong, you little dork. i- uh, yeah. oh god, this would be so awkward, i can already tell. anyways, hm, unnie has been watching you. not in a bad way, of course. but within the other seven members, my eyes always lands on the prettiest, cutest and most lovely one of them all. which is you." and with that only, chaeyeong wanted to melt.

"but, hey, remember those steamed buns you wanted when we passed the store? uh - why dont we..you know, maybe, hang out there? a date? uhm. yeah. i'll understand if you wouldn't want to though. uh- come into my room tomorow, to tell me. this had gotten too long - oh no. uh- bye chaeyeong-ah!" 

chaeyeong hid under her blankets, happily trashing around as the words that her leader said really touched her heart. 

"woah, and what happened to you?" tzuyu, chaeyeong's roomate suddenly asked.

"feeling..stuff." she asnwered, quickly getting up from her bed to the closet, picking out an outfit for tomorrow's 'date'.

"what stuff?"

"the stuff you felt when dahyun confessed to you."
