Kyungsoo scurries away from Kris and heads to god knows where … He looks sad and drained in a way that Jongin wants to hug him and kiss his worries away but once again he stops himself from acting on his emotions, he thinks Kyungsoo needs Some sort of attention, but that can wait for now.

He glances at where Kris has plopped down on a couch and is talking to his baby. He takes a moment to decide whether to stay and talk to Kris or leave and try to calm himself down. He instinctively starts walking away from the hall but Kris's call forces him to halt his movements and turn around.

To say he isn't the slightest bit curious about whatever that Kris and Kyungsoo are or have been once is an underestimation. Truth to be told he has a lot of questions deep buried in his head but he tried his best to avoid thinking about them. All that he knows is what Kyungsoo told him and he never dared to ask about more than Kyungsoo was willing to share with him.

“Mr Kim?” Kris calls as he sits in a rather more formal way on the sofa.

Jongin turns around.

“Yes?”

“Would you like to have a chat with me?” Kris invites him to sit next to him with a stretched arm that points to the other side of the love seat that the vampire is currently occupying.
Jongin hesitates for a second before sitting next to him awkwardly, he clears his throat before speaking.

"Is there anything that you would like to talk about?” His question is lame but saves him from having to lead the talk. Kris gets the clue and starts talking.

“I realized that you've been standing by the entry for a while, I guess you might have some doubts and unanswered questions from me.”

“I don’t think I have any.” Jongin has a lot of subjects that need to get cleared but he honestly doesn't think he wants to hear anything and end up with more insecurities and anxieties than what he already has.
Kris, on the other hand, knows that they need to talk he can tell Jongin is stressed and albeit being in a pretty terrible mental state himself, he believes they need to talk.

Jongin is observing Kris from the other end of the sofa that they are sitting on it in a way that they are facing each other. Kris looks pale and sick, but he can still feel the confidence that is emitting from him.

“How long have you been married to Kyungsoo?” Jongin asks after a while of suffocating silence
