The event lasted only a few hours, unlike when it usually ends for more than fifteen hours. It felt like an eternity for Minjeong. She was surprised how the writer could fill in such a sudden situation to surprise the viewers.

She thought that it was a good idea. And as for her bearing the punishment, that'll surely be beneficial due to the screentime.

Although, the bunny onesie she wore was deadly embarrassing. The remaining contestants seemed to love it as they listened to her attentively while guiding them around the warehouse and explaining about the upcoming activities.

She explained how the filming would continue the day after episode two aired. They were giving them time to check themselves on tv as if to reveal who'll be at the show's end indirectly. And, Minjeong found that idea a bit strange but familiar simultaneously.

Because if one were to look back on the past seasons and watch everything. Notably, those with the most screen time would have the highest chances of moving further into the competition.

Deep in thought, Minjeong sipped on her glass of milk.

She has no plans aside from getting the highest possible tier for her stats to use her attribute (Infinite Potential) and evade the outbreak. Until announcing the final-19, Minjeong hadn't thought about it.

At some point, everyone has a limit in a particular field or so status. Thus, holding them back from advancing higher. However, unlike everyone else, Minjeong had this overpowered attribute that could upgrade infinitely. It may be a weak skill initially, but it's slowly growing its leaves and is steadily getting more potent.

Unconsciously lingering her eyes around the room, they landed on Jimin, who was watching a dance video on her iPad. Minjeong got curious because she had never opened the latter's window since the last announcement.

She was too busy grinding for experience, and Jimin was so supportive that she never bothered her. Promptly opening the taller's status window, Minjeong realized how her dance stat leveled up to S+ that could now rival Yeji's.

Indeed a deserving contestant is to be placed in 2nd. 

Minjeong hummed to herself in agreement while taking the last sip of her milk.

Now that she's finished, she stood up from the dining table and casually sat next to Jimin. As soon as she situated herself comfortably, Minjeong noticed how the video the latter was watching was in slow motion. She seemed to be studying every complex movement shown on screen.

"So this is how you're good... I'd fall asleep if I watch it like that."

The moment Minjeong spoke, only did Jimin realize that she's been sitting on the couch for who knows what. It was understandable— the announcement of the final-19 got so into her that, like Minjeong, Jimin had to improve at a fast rate.

Taking a deep breath, Jimin sighed and placed the iPad on the coffee table before gently dropping her head onto Minjeong's lap. Then like a cat, she stretched her arms and legs cozily.

"I'm nervous about tomorrow," Jimin admitted with a sigh, and Minjeong raised a brow.

"Huh, why?"

"Ranking higher means giving the audience higher expectations. Not sure if I'm good enough, honestly."

Seeing how the effect popped up above her head, Minjeong solely laughed lightly and began caressing her hair.

"Did you know that your status effect is activated?"

"Oh..."

Minjeong smiled, "And so far, it'll only deactivate when I'm around— Tch, what am I going to do with you?" she asked while playfully squishing her cheeks. "Troublesome."

Jimin pouted before shifting to the side to bury her face into the latter's tummy, muffling something imperceptible. The vibration caused Minjeong to chuckle and gaze at the UI that faded away over the latter's head.

"The effect deactivated."

"I know..."

It was faint but enough for Minjeong to hear and question.

"You know?"

"I mean, I feel safe around you. Of course."

Right after saying that, Minjeong was about to speak when the sound of the door beeping resounded. Someone was tapping in the code to the door, and there was nobody else but Aeri who knew the password.

There, Minjeong thought that the others had arrived as they had previously planned to watch episode two altogether.

Then to test out her skill, (Glitch). In the part where she'll be allowed to manipulate technology, Minjeong focused on the small screen next to the door and snapped her fingers. It wasn't evident from an average person's perspective, but it glitched out for a second before revealing seven figures who stood in front of the door.

Letting out a short sigh, Minjeong gave Jimin's exposed ch
