“What actually happen?”

“What?”

Jaehyun asks as he slumps his body on the couch.

“You said you won’t be coming to me anymore.”

Jaehyun glares at the lady and earns another chuckle from her.

“She must have dumped you.”

She went to the fridge and took out some cans of beer.

Jaehyun grabs one from her and drank it in one shot.

“Feel better?”

She asks, smirking when he drinks another one.

“I’m right then. You are dumped.”

“I dump her.”

“Really? Then why are you so angry?”

“It’s not her. There is this guy. He trampled on my pride as the best and popular guy in faculty.”

“Oh. Tell me about him.”

She rested her chin on her palm, leaning to him.

“He is a sub coach. He’s been training us since few weeks back.”

Jaehyun starts talking; the alcohol did it work just fine.

The lady grins.

“So, what has he done?”

“He chose a new transfer student as the captain; make me turn to a laughing stock of Sehun.”

“Oh my. So what happen next?”

“I’m still in the team. It will be obvious if I leave.”

He stated, moving to rest his head on her thigh.

She caresses his head by instinct.

“Things not going smoothly?”

“You bet.”

He sighs and closes his eyes, feeling the comfort.

“Now he said he appoint three of us, Sehun, the new captain and me as the junior team coach.”

“You agreed?”

“No. But he’ll kick me out of the team if I don’t.”

“That’s bad.”

She said, arching her brows when she saw his swollen knuckles.

“Who did this to you?”

He flutters his eyes open, closing it back when he saw what she meant.

“I did it. Out of anger.”

She sighs and was about to moves his head and fetches her first aid kid when he stops her.

“Let it be. Just stay here.”

She gives up and nods even though he is not watching her do so.

Jaehyun slept after a while due to the effect of the alcohol.

She then moves his head and tends to his injured knuckles.

“You should just come back to me so that I can take care of you.”

She whispers and kisses his forehead; leaving to her room to take a blanket for him.
