Lightly (Sharleen )

Collection of broken dreams

Sharleen banged her head against the table as she woke up. ‘ugh what happened?’ she mumbled to herself. she rubbed the back of her head as she stood back up. Sharleen took a moment to observe the room she was in. ‘why is everything green?’ she looked around to find every single piece of furniture, wall, painting, utensil etc. a shade of green. she wondered for a while where she could possibly be. all she could remember was decorating the dance hall. she paced around the green room for a while. even with all the time she took to pace, nothing came to mind. that is until she turned around. ‘what the hell?’ she questioned as she saw a giant stained glass window framing the whole room. ‘a, i in the window?’ she took a step toward the glass. she observed it carefully. ‘what is this i-’ a gasp cut off her sentence as she took in the sight before her. ‘is that me?’ she took a few steps back until she felt someone behind her. quickly, she turned around and her green eyes met with Shar’s colorless ones. Sharleen jumped backward in surprise and hit the window. ‘what are you doing? why am i in here?’ Shar chuckled. ‘isn’t it obvious why you’re in here? you're here so that way you or any of your other friends can stop our plan.’ Sharleen raised an eyebrow. ‘what do you mean plans? plans for who?’ ‘the world of course. we were stuck in these stupid windows for centuries. now that we are finally free, we can rule the world the way we want to.’ ‘wait you can’t-’ Sharleen was cut of y Shar’s cackle and disappearance. Sharleen slid down onto the floor and thought for a moment. how is this even possible? they were trapped in these windows. how on earth did they manage to escape? she sat in that spot pondering all the possibilities until an idea came to her. ‘the Powerbook! ‘ she thought outloud. ‘ i must tell Exo! ‘
