“____! ____!”

You gasped and sat up

Your head was a mess. You looked around the room, your heart beating a thousand times a minute

“Jimin?” You looked at the person who woke you up

“He’s in surgery.” It was Yoongi

“No!” You jumped up and grabbed his arms, “No! I had a nightmare Yoongi!”

“What?”

You’re eyes teared up, “Jimin died.”

Yoongi’s own eyes widened

“He’ll be fine. He’ll be fine.” He held your arms and pulled you in for a hug

“Jimin…” You cried harder, your dream flashing through your head

 

 

It was an agonizing three hours. You had sat still the entire time praying that Jimin would be okay.

Every couple minutes Yoongi would comfort you but you weren’t listening, you just needed to see Jimin

“Alright, just give the medicine. He should be good.” You heard the doctor’s voice and not even seconds later, Jimin being rolled back into the room

You jumped up, “How is he?”

The nurse smiled at you, “As perfect as he can be in this condition.”

Your mouth dropped open and you let your tears come again

“I told you.” You felt Yoongi’s arms around you again

“Jimin.” You walked up to his bed. He was still out cold.

“He should wake up by tomorrow morning. I’ll be back to give him his medicine.” The nurse smiled at you and left

“The car is downstairs. You should go back.”

“I don’t want to.” You bit your lip and looked at Yoongi

“Nope. You’re going back. You need rest and Namjoon will get angry.”

You sighed and nodded, “Who’s coming next?”

“I think Taehyung, but we’ll see. You just go and rest.”

You kissed Jimin’s head and left

 

 

“Today is Sunday. We don’t normally open on Sunday’s so rest up alright?” Namjoon smiled at you once you got back

“Alright.” You nodded and went to your room

You stood by your window and looked out into the land behind the club. It was quiet. More so than normal you felt

“Hey.” You felt arms wrap around your waist

“Hey.” You smiled and leaned into the touch

“How were the last two days?”

“Fine. I dreamed, or rather had a nightmare that Jimin died, but he was fine.”

“That’s good.”

You closed your eyes, “I’m sleepy.”

“Then let’s sleep.”

 

 

You didn’t know what it was that woke you up, but you woke up with an extremely unpleasant feeling.

Picking up your phone, you looked at the time. It was only three am.

You looked at Taehyung sleeping soundly beside you

“Let’s get some water then.” You whispered and got out of bed

The feeling was back again. You looked around the room uneasily.

You went over to the dresser and took at gun from it and tucked it into your shorts.

You exited your room and walked to the kitchen slowly.

After drinking a glass of water you were about to go back to your room, but something was off.

‘Why is there a breeze inside?’

Your heartbeat increased and you took tentative steps down the stairs

The door was wide open

‘What the ?’

You scanned around to see that nothing looked out of the ordinary. You walked back up the stairs after shutting the door quietly

“___?”

You slapped your hand over your mouth to stop yourself from screaming

“Holy Namjoon don’t do that.” You hissed at him after regaining a normal heartbeat

He smiled playfully before going serious, “What are you doing awake?”

You walked closer to him, “I felt uneasy, so I got up to get a glass of water. I felt a breeze and came down. The door was wide open Namjoon, I think there’s someone in here.”

“Go wake up the others quietly. Tell them to bring guns.”

You nodded and walked over to the rooms one by one

It took five minutes and all the boys were standing in the kitchen with small guns tucked into their pants

“What’s going on?” Jin whispered

“There’s someone inside, ___ saw the door open. But we can’t be sure there’s only one.” Namjoon answered him equally as quiet, “Split up and search. Jin, ___ and I will go in the club. Taehyung, Hoseok and Jungkook, you search downstairs and outside.”

Everyone nodded and set out. You followed Jin and Namjoon to the club entrance

“It’s open.” Jin whispered and went forward slowly

He walked into the club with his gun up. You and Namjoon followed

“Namjoon downstairs. I’ll check the rooms. ___ you search the main area.”

You nodded and walked around. Jin had disappeared into one of the rooms and you took the time to listen

It was quiet. The person must have heard you guys and hid.

You turned in a circle listening for the slightest noise.

You stood still. There was a small shuffle

You snapped open your eyes and looked over at the bar area

‘There.’

You walked over slowly and stood where you wouldn’t be seen

There was noise again and your suspicion was confirmed

At the moment Jin came out of the room and you turned him

‘Here.’ You mouthed and pointed at the bar area

Jin nodded and walked over slowly

‘What should we do?’ You mouth when he came over

He looked at the area and then pointed at you

‘Me check?’

He nodded

You sighed and held up your gun

You walked around to the employee entrance, “I know you’re in here.”

Silence

You walked in and pointed your gun in front of you

The person was about to jump up, but you beat him to and slammed him down, pointing the gun to his head

“L-let me go, I didn’t do anything!” He screamed and you thought you recognized the voice

“Are you here alone?” Jin’s voice came from behind you

He stayed quiet and you put more pressure on him

“Y-yes. I came alone.” He whimpered

You pulled him and dragged him out of the bar area

Namjoon was waiting when you got to the door

The lights were on so you pulled the male in front of you and looked at him

Your mouth dropped open

“___?” He looked as shocked as you

Namjoon and Jin looked at you

“You know him?” Namjoon spoke up

You nodded with your mouth still open

“Lets go to the back first.” Jin pushed everyone out of the club and locked the door

Jungkook, Taehyung and Hoseok were already waiting by the door when you four got there

“So. How do you know each other?” Namjoon asked as soon as you stopped walking

You looked at the boy, “He’s my cousin. My aunt’s son.”

All of the boys stared

“And what are you doing inside our club?” Namjoon continued without being fazed

Your cousin didn’t answer

You pointed the gun at him again, anger slowly bubbling up

He put his hands up, his eyes going wide, “The-the boss told me to come. I don’t know what he wanted, but he said to go in the club and steal money.”

You raised your eyebrow and looked at Namjoon

“That…that sounds really fake you know.” Hoseok laughed

Your cousin bit his lip

You looked at Namjoon again and he nodded

You smiled and patted your cousin on the back

Namjoon opened the door

“You can leave.” You smiled at him

“You’re letting me go?” His eyes widening with each second

You nodded, “I don’t want to kill you. Just go back and if your boss asks say you couldn’t find the money and you got away because one of us woke up.”

Your cousin stared at you in disbelief

“I won’t kill you.” You smiled

He hesitated but turned to the door and looked back at you, “Thank you cousin.”

You smiled and urged him forward

The boys watched him run away from the club

“Why did you let him go?” Jungkook asked after Namjoon closed the door

“Because we put a tracker on him.” Namjoon winked at you and you smirked

The rest of the boys stared at the two of you in confusion

“I slipped a tracker into his pocket when I was manhandling him earlier. It was Namjoon’s plan from the start.”

The boys nodded in unison

“If anyone comes in shoot them.” Namjoon held up his gun and walked up the stairs

“Can we go back to sleep?” Taehyung s his arm around you and nuzzled into your neck as you two walked up the stairs as well

You ran your fingers through his hair and nodded

“I’ll stay with Namjoon to see what happens.” Hoseok waved and went to Namjoon’s room

Jungkook and Jin bid their goodnights and went to their rooms

You and Taehyung went back to your room and you fell asleep as soon as you hit the bed

 

 

“Taehyung. ____. Wake up you need to come see this.”

You propped open an eye and looked at your intruder

“Wake up.”

You groaned and turned around, “Go away Jungkook, I’m sleepy.”

“No.” He shook you and pulled at your arm, “Namjoon’s calling you two, it’s really important.”

Taehyung grumbled beside you and slowly sat up

“I hope this is good. I didn’t sleep properly.”

You nodded and sat up as well

“It’s not good, but it’s important.” Jungkook pulled you again

You sighed and followed Jungkook out the door with Taehyung clinging to your arm

“What are we supposed to do?” You heard Hoseok’s voice

“Oh you’re here.” Namjoon called when the three of you stepped into the room

“What’s going on?” You walked up to his desk

Namjoon had at least three computers hooked up together and Hoseok was sitting in the chair in front of them

“There’s good news and there’s bad news.” Hoseok looked up at you

“The good news is that we know where they changed their location too.”

“And the bad?” Taehyung asked from behind you

Hoseok frowned, “Listen to the recording.” He pressed some buttons and then turned up the volume on the speakers

“Sir, he’s back.”

“My boy. What have you brought back for me?”

“N-nothing sir. One of them woke up so I left before they could kill me.”

“What?”

“I d-didn’t get any information sir…”

 

 

“Are you ing kidding me!? I give you one mission! One! And you can’t even do that!? It wasn’t even that hard!”

“I’m sorry sir! I would have gotten it if no one woke up!”

“Would have and did are two different things! You could even do one thing, I’m disappointed.”

“I’m really sorry sir.”

“Get out of my ing sight. I’m going to have to do all the work myself. As if planning on taking back Taehyung and killing the girl weren’t hard enough, you have me destroying their gang too.”

“I’ll try harder sir, I promise!”

“Get the out. Boys I want you to teach him a lesson.”

“No! No sir please!”

“That’s how it works here kid. You can’t do it right, you get it hard.”

 

 

“Please don’t hurt me…”

“I won’t go too hard on you.”

Hoseok paused the audio and looked up at you

You could only stare back at him

“So we know he’s planning on taking Tae back and killing you, but listen, there’s more.”

Hoseok clicked a couple more times and the audio started playing again

“Did you learn your lesson?”

“Y-yes s-sir.”

“Mmm good. I’m going to let you try again, but if you fail you can say goodbye.”

“I’ll do my best sir!”

“Thought so. You know Jimin is in the hospital yeah?”

“Yes sir...”

“We need to kill him. I’ve sent men out several times but they’ve failed and unfortunately angered me.”

“What do you want me to do sir…”

“I’ve gotten news that your mother has been forbidden to meet Jimin, but you haven’t. I want you to go and kill him.”

“S-sir…”

“What?”

“I-I can’t kill him. I can’t kill my cousin.”

“Then would you rather me kill you or your mom?”

“N-no sir!”

“Then you’ll do it. Tomorrow.”

Hoseok paused it again

“We’ve alerted Yoongi and I’ve sent some of our men.” Namjoon walked up

“There wasn’t much more, just the kid crying and saying he couldn’t do it. Although, I think Tae and ___, you two should be careful.”

You nodded still in a daze from everything you heard

Taehyung put his hand on your shoulder and squeezed it

 

 

You sat beside Hoseok in the car. The two of you were on the way to the hospital so Hoseok and Yoongi could switch.

Jimin was okay, your cousin didn’t get to him fast enough and Namjoon informed you that Jimin has guns with him where the nurses can’t find them

“Calm down ___, everything is fine.” Hoseok’s voice broke your thoughts

“For now…” You mumbled out and looked at him

“For now. We’ll take care of anything that comes our way, won’t we?”

You nodded

“We’re here.” The driver called out

“Wait in the car, I’ll send down Yoongi alright.”

“Alright.”

It had only been a couple of minutes when Yoongi climbed into the car

“I ing hate that gang, can’t we just blow them all up and finally relax?” He groaned as he sat down

You laughed lightly, “Was it tough to take them down?”

“No, I got them each in one shot. The kid though, your cousin, he ran away screaming and apologizing.”

“Oh.”

“No one else got hurt. Jimin’s fine and so am I.”

“That’s good.” You smiled and leaned back as the car started moving

You were dozing off when you heard a gunshot and the car started swerving

“What’s going on!?” Yoongi jumped up and shouted at the driver

“Sir we’re being attacked!”

Your eyes widened and you got up as well

“Get out of here! How many are there!” Yoongi yelled again

“About four cars! I’ll try sir, hold on!”

The car took a tight turn and you swung to the side, crashing into the door

“___!” Yoongi grabbed your hand and hauled you up

You held onto his arm and grabbed your gun with the other

“They’re gaining speed sir!” The driver yelled again

“!”

Yoongi looked around and you saw his hand tighten around the seat

“Listen to me. You’re going to drive through traffic. There’s a large river near here do you know it?”

“Yes sir.”

“Drive along that. There are some rundown buildings there, we can hide out there.”

Yoongi put his hand through the window and patted the driver, “Can you do this.”

“Yes sir.”

Yoongi nodded and turned to you

“We’re going to jump.”

“What?” Your eyes widened

“When he gets close to the water we jump.”

You nodded and heard gun shots again

Yoongi ducked and pulled you down with him

“Can you message Namjoon real quick?”

“Yeah.” You pulled out your phone and sent a message

“Almost there si-“

There was a gunshot and the car swerved dangerously

You looked up and saw the driver dangling to the side

“No!”

“Dammnit. We’re going to have to get out. Come on!”

Yoongi kicked open the door and looked out

He jerked back as soon as a bullet whizzed past his head

“ .”

You looked out the front window, “Yoongi, we have to jump. We have to jump right now.”

“We’ll die if we jump right now!”

You stared wide eyed at the building approaching

“We’ll die if we stay in the car! Come on jump!” You grabbed his arm and jumped out of the car only seconds before it crashed into the building and burst into flames

“Good call.” Yoongi laughed as he stood up

“Yeah, but now let’s run!” You jumped up and out of the way of the incoming bullets, Yoongi following right behind

“They aren’t letting us go are they?” He growled as the two of you ran

“I don’t think so.”

You were about to turn a corner when a van came up and blocked your way

“!” Yoongi cursed and you turned to see that you were blocked from behind as well

“We’re cornered.” You hissed

“Like birds in a cage.” Someone laughed and jumped out of the van

“What do you want?” Yoongi called out

“Nothing much, just fresh bodies as delivery to the boss.”

Yoongi put you behind him, “You won’t get them.”

“Actually kid, I think we will.” He laughed again

“I’m not a kid.” You could hear Yoongi getting angrier

“To me you are. Now come on, be nice and hand her over.”

“I’m not going anywhere.”

“I didn’t want to use force, but it seems I’ll have to.” The man sighed and pulled out a large gun

“Men!”

At once you and Yoongi were surrounded

“You’ve got be ing kidding me.” Yoongi laughed

“Now let’s go.” The man came to the middle and grabbed your arm

You pulled it out of his grasp and spit at him, “I said I’m not ing going anywhere.”

He grabbed you again and pulled you harshly, “And I said you are.”

“Get your hands off of her.” Yoongi held his gun up and you heard the clicks of all the other guns

“You wouldn’t want to do that.”

“ing try me.” He snarled back

You were pulled once again, “Let’s go. I’m not interested in dealing with kids.”

You struggled against his grip

“I said I wasn’t a kid.” You heard Yoongi’s voice then the sound of a gunshot followed by more

You whipped around and saw Yoongi run between the men and attacking as many as he could

“NO! Let me go you bastard!” You punched the man’s arm, but he was too strong for you

He pulled you close to him and grabbed your neck, “You’re getting annoying little girl. I don’t have for this, the boss is waiting.”

You screamed and kicked to get him off you but to no avail.

You were about to black out until you heard an explosion and the man let go of you

“That’s my team you’re messing with.” You heard Namjoon’s voice then someone picking you up and hauling you away from the area

“I leave you alone and you almost get kidnapped.” You heard Taehyung’s voice

You looked up at him as he carried you out of the smoky area

He put you down in the waiting car and smiled, “Wait here princess.”

You gawked at him and tried to get out but the doors locked

“Hey! Tae let me out!” You hit the window but it did nothing

You waited almost ten minutes until the doors unlocked and the others jumped in

“Yoongi!” You grabbed his arm when Jungkook put him down

“He passed out from the explosion, he’s fine though.” Jungkook smiled

You sighed in relief as the car drove away

“What the hell was that about?” Namjoon turned to you

“I have no idea, we were on our way home and then gunshots and this.” You shrugged

“They really mean business.” Jungkook growled

“We need to be more alert and prepared.” Jin nodded in agreement

“We can’t do much since we’re going back and forth in the city, but for now, keep lots of hidden weapons on you.” Namjoon looked at each person with a stern expression, “The best you can do, is at least stay alive.”
