Dara transfers in at the start of a new school year. She's independent, beautiful, yet very mysterious. What they don't know is that she's struggling, too.
Foreword
Kwon Jiyong opened his eyes and was welcomed by a blinding flash of white. He blinked twice to adjust his vision. His head felt as if it was smashed by a ten-wheeler truck. The rest of his body was numb, he couldn't move. The woman's face vanished. "Woman?"
He roamed his eyes and tried to take in where he was. White ceiling, a beeping sound, a hanging IV drip. "Hospital?" he thought as he closed his eyes. Dizziness ran through his head, he felt sick. He wanted to vomit but he couldn't. "What happened to me?" Jiyong's eyes fluttered open as he felt someone poke his cheeks.
A little girl who looked no older than five sat on his chest, one hand poking his face. She had long dark hair that flowed to her waist and a very pale complexion. He was about to open his mouth to tell her off when he realized the girl didn't weight anything at all. As if understanding his thoughts, the girl nodded her head and grinned then put both her hands on his chest. She moved her face closer to his and said,
"Oppa, do you want to die, too?"
