Lust Games

Jinwoo suddenly opened his eyes in shock, though unlike this morning no sunlight seeped through under the folds of the tent making it easier to see everything in the tent, though Jinwoo didn't focus on anything but the tent ceiling at this moment, too shocked to take his eyes away and take notice of the figure sitting beside him.
Holy crap what have I done.
Jinwoo you idiot.
Jinwoo you stupid.
What the is wrong with me?
Alcohol I can take...But drugs? What the hell?
Ugh..Jinwoo! Did you not listen to what father told you years back when you were little? YOU CAN BECOME ADDICTED TO THESE THINGS! Ugh..... No matter, it was only once. But that's what they all say. Just once and that's it. But look at them now Jinwoo, drug addicts probably living under a bridge somewhere.
Jinwoo frustratedly bit his lips as he mentally scolded himself. Usually self discipline didn't have a part in Jinwoo's life since he already knew the rights and the wrongs, the do's and the dont's. Being raised in a lower class family has its ups and downs, teaching him many different things on life morals, also you encounter strange opportunities that you wouldn't often encounter. Opportunities such as meeting a drug and alcohol addict at a young age. Though Jinwoo supposed that this was a curse and a blessing. A blessing in a way that he can fully comprehend what these substances do to a person at such a young age, therefore he wouldn't experiment when he becomes older. And a curse in a way that...well...being exposed to such people at a young age isn't really the best way to be brought up. He could recall asking his father multiple times why the strange man looked so happy when the weird smelling smoke came out of his mouth, or how the strange man looked so awake whenever he snorted juice powder, or flour, or some white powder. Though his father's response would always be 'they look may look happy, but inside they're not'.

Okay.
I need to get my priorities straight.
No more alcohol, and certainly no drugs. In fact, students aren't even allowed to bring any of those to the trip. What if I report those EXO boys to the teachers....No. That wouldn't do anything at all. When their families hear about this they'll probably blame the school for poor management, which then Mr. Lee will initially get blamed for since he's in charge of the whole trip. And plus, Jinwoo might get dragged into it for drinking and taking drugs with them anyway. In fact, if Jinwoo did report it all the blame might fall to him. He was from a low class family, and so the wealthy might blame Jinwoo for 'influencing' their sons to play around with such substances. No Jinwoo, just leave this be and focus on your plan,

Rachel's closing case, the blueprint:
Step 1. Gather any evidence on the night of the kidnapping on Kai and the people who assisted him. Though Kai is quite popular among the school, he is the closest with his fellow EXO members, a good starting point to gain any evidence.
Step 2. Identify those who assisted Kai with evidence. Make them confess the truth of the kidnapping while recording them.
Step 3. Using confessions and evidence, create a case to put Kai in jail.
It was a good plan Jinwoo did have to admit, though it had its limits. For starters, it would send Kai to jail which is the initial goal for the whole plan. Though it would only be for kidnapping charges. If somehow Jinwoo could gather evidence for the physical abuse, Kai's jail sentence would further increase. But that was the problem, he didn't know how to get such evidence. On the night he ran away, he didn't take notice of where he was held captiv, so tracking down where everything happened was a goner. Also his body had already healed up due to Hanbin's constant nagging, and even if he was in the same state on the night Hanbin found him, Kai could've easily slipped away with abuse allegations by simply stating 'the abuse and kidnapping charges aren't necessarily related to each other'. And he was right, well not right, but right. Because Jinwoo has no proof of Kai ever hitting him, Kai could easily say that on the night he had escaped, Jinwoo had run into a group of violent wrongdoers, thus his injuries. But, if he was dead, Jinwoo undoubtedly knew that Kai's life would be gone forever. Charges of , along with abuse and kidnapping can easily be pinned onto the blonde. based on samples of Kai's found inside Jinwoo's and rectum. But he was still alive, again Kai could easily slip away, saying that Jinwoo willingly had with him during the time he was held captiv. Atleast Kai was going to jail, it wasn't enough but at least his name would be marked for something. And even if it would only be for a short time, Kai's family name would certainly be tainted for such a crime, and that would be enough to do some damage to the family business and certainly Kai's reputation not only in the school but in the whole area. The whole neighbourhood was a perfectionist society, even in Belle the students tried so hard not to embarrass themselves in any way even if it meant using your whole lunch break to fix your make up if you were a girl, or spending every after school working out and loosing any traces of fat if you were a guy. It meant getting straight A's for every single class. It meant being wealthy and keeping up with the latest fashion and technology. Monkey see moneky do. And in such a society, Kai would easily be outcasted if not picked on. It was cruel, but what happened to Jinwoo was just as cruel, if not inhumane.

It wasn't in his nature to take revenge.
Through out childhood his father would always say 'The weak can never forgive, forgiveness is the attribute of the strong'.
He didn't understand it at first, but over the years he had fully come to terms with it.
But was it okay to forgive anyone for such things? To forgive someone who took away your dignity, your humanity, your voice.
But was revenge truly the answer to his problems?
It was true that Kai needed to be punished for his crimes according to the law. But Jinwoo's motives were not for justification, rather for revenge.
Father, how can I forgive someone that's done this to me?

"Jinwoo?" Seungyoon tapped the older's shoulder.

Father am I solving my problems correctly?

"Jinwoo." Seungyoon tapped the older's shoulder again.

Will I live my life happily again when all of this is over?

Jinwoo's thoughts were suddenly interrupted as Seungyoon dabbed the blood away from his lips with a tissue.
"You'll lose your lips if you keep biting them like that." Seungyoon quietly said as he continued to dab the dribbing blood. Jinwoo looked at Seungyoon as the other cleaned him up. As dorky as he was, he's never noticed how attentive the WINNER leader was over the members.

"Seungyoon.." Jinwoo mumbled under his breathe.
"Hmmm?"
...
"Nothing." Jinwoo bowed his head down though Seungyoon tilted his chin up to finish the remaining blood on the older's lips before throwing the tissue away.
"So tell me Jinwoo, how's life?" Seungyoon smiled at the older, though Jinwoo couldn't help but feel that there was another question hidden in that statement.
"What do you mean?" Jinwoo asked.
"Well, so far I've been meeting Rachel, not Jinwoo."
"Oh....well that's-"
"And more recently, I've been seeing you hanaing out with people that I know you dont like."
"About that.. it's-"
"On top of that, you're acting in a way that you yourself would hate."
"Well...it's because-"
"Look, the rest of us don't know exactly what happened to you since Mino isn't really the one to talk. But whatever it is you know that me, Taehyun and Seunghoon are here." Seungyoon reassured the older as he patted Jinwoo's back. This was actually Seungyoon's first time seeing Jinwoo as Jinwoo in a long time, and it was refreshing. Recalling the shy at first but then the smart and unique later boy he had come to know at the start of the year.
"Ye." Jinwoo nodded in response. These were his brothers, the very people he spent time in school with, even afterschool WINNER was inseperable. They didn't care if Jinwoo wasn't wealthy, they accepted Jinwoo for who he was, not what he was worth. Other than sharing the home made lunches Jinwoo made which fascinated the whole group, they shared their laughs together, they shared their work together, though you can't really call it teamwork when Seunghoon was the only one sleeping while the rest solved each math equation. And above all, they shared their memories together, even if it had only been a short span of time, Jinwoo was proud to call these guys his brothers. Though he couldn't help but feel a bit guilty that he had been keeping a secret to himself, convincing himself that he couldn't trust anybody but himself and himself only. As brothers they were supposed to trust each other right?

"Seungyoon..I'm sorry."
"For what?" Seungyoon asked while looking through Mino's luggage.
"Just....I'm sorry." Jinwoo repeated.
"Mmm...okay." Seungyoon blandly blurted out, though Jinwoo couldn't help but smile at his response. He knew that Seungyoon was the one to get emotional within the group, though always covering it up with some half response in an attempt to seem more cool and leader like. Yup, this was Seungyoon.

"What exactly are you looking for?" Jinwoo was about to stand up when Seungyoon suddenly stood up and stared down the older from across the tent.
"You lay there and heal." Seungyoon's persona suddenly changed dark. Was it even possible to seem human first before changing into a complete demon like what Seungyoon just did? Jinwoo swears that the WINNER leader was the type to not be taken light heartedly whenever situations seemed serious to him atleast. He recalled how dark and eerie the leader became when Mino hid his guitar for fun. It was as if the whole world stopped turning as everything else became dark, silenced filled the room, though at the same time Seungyoon's almighty dark presence was enough to scare the living crap out of them to end the prank right away. Though what's even more scary was how happy Seungyoon suddenly changed once Mino carefully handed the leader his guitar back. "I will kill all of you if you do that again." Seungyoon graciously chuckled with a wide smile on his face, though the same couldn't be said with the rest of the group as they nervously laughed alongside their leader. And from that day on they made a deal never to prank Seungyoon again. Intentionally.

"But I want to help you." Jinwoo pleaded with puppy dog eyes. He might've been the oldest in the group, but he was certainly the cutest.
"I said. Lay Down. And Heal." With every word Jinwoo thought of calling a priest. Jinwoo gladly followed Seungyoon's command as he laid back down onto the camp bed.
"Good." Seungyoon smiled before searching through Mino's luggage once more.
Seungyoon I swear I need the bible whenever I'm with you alone.

"Feeling better?" Hanbin greeted the older as he entered the tent with food.
"B.I!" Jinwoo smiled.
..
...
...
"Wait what?" Hanbin asked, standing with a confused look as he eyed out the older.
Jinwoo simply met the other's gaze as he smiled back at Hanbin. "B.I."
"Yah, Jinwoo's food is going to get cold if you just keep standing there." Seungyoon muffled as he kept searching every zipper and lock on Mino's luggage.

--------------------------------------------------
At first Jinwoo was a bit hesitant when the two sat together and talked to him, asking questions like "Don't you guys hate each other?", "Didn't Team A and Team B back stab each other?" though the answer would always be a unified 'no'.

"I don't know that much about the underground scene, but I thought you guys split up because of all the commotion." Jinwoo looked at the two guys sitting infront of the bed with a confused gaze. The two practically looked like bestfriends by the way they were interacting with each other.

"Yeah, we did split up." Hanbin replied to the confused boy.
"But later on we found out that they were all rumours." Seungyoon added.
"What do you mean?"
"Well, back then Team A and B pretty much dominated the whole underground scene. We would almost always win the dance and rap category, taking home wads amount of cash almost every week. The other groups found us to be a major threat since they were in this not only for the money, but for the recognition. And so the more you win, the more likely you'll get scouted by music labels." Seungyoon explained to Jinwoo, though the older still seemed confused.

"We were unstoppable. But the other groups were clever. They started to spread rumours of Team A or Team B hating each other. Saying that 'Oh, Seunghoon said that Bobby was crap at rapping', or saying things like 'Oh, Jinhwan says that Seungyoon sounds like a dying cat whenever he sings'. Stupidly enough, we believed the rumours. It was saboutage, and we believed it." Hanbin bowed his head with a stern look, only to be patted on the back by Seungyoon.

"Well, if you guys found out that it was saboutage, and you truly didn't have thoughts like that about each other, why does it seem like Mino is still angry towards IKON? Especially Hanbin?" Jinwoo asked. He understood what had happened to the two groups back then, but why does Mino always seems tensed whenever he's around the IKON leader?

"We all found out that it was saboutage. Even Mino. But." Seungyoon paused. "Mino is...he was raised differently."
"How so?" Hanbin asked.
Seungyoon paused again before inhaling a breathe of air. He's thought about this many times, though it felt weird talking about it,
"Growing up, Mino was isolated from many many things. If you knew his parents you would know the extent they went through to raise what they call a 'perfect academic child'. "Seungyoon gestured with his hands, though only to receive a confused look from both boys.
"He was home schooled at a young age by a hired teacher until his parents decided to enroll him in a private elementary school. Even then his parents had strict rules on who Mino can interact with. Even if his parents were never around during his childhood, they would hire someone to keep track of him. And they would always make sure to change everyone working in the house ocassionaly so that Mino wouldn't get attached to any of the workers and focus on his studies." Seungyoon sighed.
"So...."Both boys looked at the WINNER leader.
"His parents were never around, he didn't have anyone to befriend. He didn't have anyone to talk to. No one to trust. He was lonely. And so with that kind of upbringing, it was extremely difficult for him to make friends, or even talk to people." Seungyoon sighed as he recalled the moment he met Mino back then. "Luckily for him, his parents had the mentality of using their son as means of making connections with other businesses. And so they told him to befriend me years ago. I have to admit, it was extremely hard to get a reply from him. I would say hello, but he would just hide behind his parents. But... as we grew up together he started to open up more. And so he met the others. He learnt skinship from Taehyun." Seungyoon chuckled, making Jinwoo and Hanbin smile.
"And so we entered middle school. Eventually we would be introduced to the underground scene, where Mino and Hanbin instanly clicked." Seungyoon nudged the IKON leader sittin beside him.
"So..why would he still be angry? I mean you guys were practically family right?" Jinwoo asked.
"If you think about it, how would you feel if one day you suddenly heard your bestest friend talking behind your back? You would feel betrayed." Seungyoon replied.
"But that happened years ago though. And it wasn't even real, it was saboutage. " Jinwoo muttered under his breathe.
"Even so.. Knowing Mino's upbringing he must've been hurt pretty badly. I can't blame him for hating me like this, but I just hope that sooner or later he'll be able to move on." Hanbin sighed, recalling all the rap competitions him and Mino won together. Known as the reckless duo they were unstoppable. Together every weekend they spent writing raps from dusk til dawn, never caring anything else but rap. It was their dream, their passion. Actually they were meant to be a trio, but Bobby had an extra kick and competed in the solo rounds where he too dominated.

Jinwoo, Seungyoon and Hanbin talked as time passed by, eventually they would talk their way all the way to night fall. For the time being Jinwoo didn't mind missing out on the last day's activites as he had enjoyed catching up with Hanbin and Seungyoon too much. It was a massive stress release talking to the two, topics ranging from school, school work, Belle student history and the now famous that graduated from the private school, Mr. Lee's anger management, the underground scene, possible gay people in Belle, what would happen if they became idols themselves, Seunghoon's eating problems, the CL myth, popular students and of course childhood. From which Seungyoon finally understood how Hanbin and Jinwoo were so close. Though during Jinwoo's story telling of how Hanbin moved away, Seungyoon excused himself, claiming he needed to go to the bathroom. Only to ome back to the tent with red eyes as he assured both boys he was fine, though it was clear that the WINNER leader was trying so hard not to cry. Though Hanbin couldn't help but look at Jinwoo with a stern look as the older retold on what the effects were when he had moved away from Jinwoo. Hearing about his struggles, hearing about him crying day and night, his sleeping disorder, anxiety attacks, eating disorder. Hanbin had to restrain himself from grabbing Jinwoo's warm hands and squeze them in reassurance that he won't leave him like last time.

All three of them had learnt something fom one another. Jinwoo learnt about Seungyoon's childhood and how he was raised compared to the other WINNER members, now that his father was retired and had given the chairman position to another employee there was less pressure put on the WINNER leader. However Seungyoon says that whatever he chooses to do, his father will always tell him to not only be the best, but make money on the way to the top. Which in itself isn't such a bad thing to say, get rich while doing what you love. Why not?

"If we keep talking like this we'll miss out on dinner." Seungyoon suddenly interrupted the talktative atmosphere. As much as he wanted to continue telling the two about how he walked in Seunghoon watching on his laptop a few years back at the age of 11, he was hungry as hell.

"What time is it actually?" Hanbin asked as he stood up and stretched.
"It's 6:57 pm. They'll start serving the food at 7:00pm" Seungyoon read his wristwatch. Expensive wristwatch. Worth more than Jinwoo's life wristwatch.
Jinwoo looked down on his own wristwatch and admired the simple deisgn, at least his vision wasn't blurry anymore, so he could actually read the clock hands.
"Shall we go then?" Jinwoo was about to get up when Hanbin suddenly pushed him down on his chest, eyes locked onto each other like predator and prey.
"No you're staying put. We'll bring you the food." Hanbin insisted, he felt Jinwoo's chest and it wasn't as hot as a few hours ago which was good. Though he could tell that Jinwoo's foot was still a bit bad. He could walk, but hardly.
"I'm fine, I can eat food perfectly by myself now." Jinwoo proudly smiled up to Hanbin like a son making his father proud. Hanbin swore he could've melted at the sight of such an innocent smile. Jinwoo tried to remove Hanbin's hand off his chest but the other simply wouldn't budge. Seriously he needed to gain muscle.
"No, you're staying put until Mino comes back." Seungyoon declared, sounding like some officer.
Jinwoo's mind suddenly clicked. That's right, Mino is gone. All the talking the three have been doing set aside his question for Seungyoon of 'where is Mino'. Though he had to admit, most of Seungyoon's story were too good to interrupt. Especially the story about the day Seungyoon found out that Taehyun was actually a boy years ago when the two were little.

"Hanbin stay and make sure Rachel here doesn't leave the tent." Seungyoon snickered as he teased the older.
"What the hell am I? The enemy?" Jinwoo pouted as he crossed his arms, receiving laughter from the two.
"We don't need you wandering around drunk at night again." Seungyoon teased the older again. Jinwoo was about to say something back, only to shut himself up.
"Did Mino tell you that?" Jinwoo muttered under his breath.
"No Seunghoon did."
"Seunghoon saw me outside last night?" Jinwoo asked the WINNER leader.
"Yeah, says he saw you stumbling around by yourself while he was pissing behind a bush." Seungyoon smiled before leaving the tent to get dinner for all 3 of them. Hanbin couldn't help but laugh, eventually Jinwoo joined in.

"He's gone now, take your hand off me," Jinwoo death stared the boy on top of him.
"No." Hanbin coldy replied.
"Hanbin get off." Jinwoo threw a tantrum. He may be the oldest, but he certainly didn't act the oldest.
"What's my name?"
"Hanbin piss off."
"WHAT'S MY NAME?"
Jinwoo furrowed his eye brows, pouting as he crossed his arms. "B.I." Jinwoo muttered.
Hanbin smiled as took his hand off the older's chest and squeezed the older's cheeks, receiving an elbow to the chin.
"OW! Okay I'll stop." Hanbin giggled as he took a seat on the edge of the bed, taking Jinwoo's hand in his own.
Both locked their gazes together as Jinwoo squeezed the other's hand. Hanbin returned the gesture.

--------------------------------------------------

"I prefer Little Asia's noodles." Hanbin blurted out as he slurped up his dinner.
"Same here." Seungyoon blurted out as he slurped up his dinner.
"They're not that bad. You guys are just biased and won't try anything else apart from Little Asia." Jinwoo blurted out as he slurped up his dinner.
Though Jinwoo didn't blame them for being addicted to the restaurant. Apart from being popular with students around the area, Little Asia was known for their extremely delicious noodles. It was said that they were going to shoot a Korean drama called 'Pasta' in the restaurant one day.

"Wait. Hanbin how did you know that Jinwo was sick this morning?" Seungyoon asked the other, amidst cleaning his lips with a tissue.
"I heard you and Taehyun talking about Jinwoo being sick. So I skipped my activities to come here." Hanbin replied, amidst cleaning his lips with a tissue.
"You were eavesdropping?" Seungyoon asked the other, amidst eating the dessert.
"I wouldn't call it eavesdropping when you two were shouting at each other." Hanbin replied, amidst eating the dessert.
"Where is Mino?" Jinwoo suddenly broke the conversation between the two.
"Like I said, he'll be back tonight. So until he comes back, you're staying put. I'm just following his request." Seungyoon scolded the older. "What happened anyway? He came into my tent yesterday early morning. Like early early. Early as in 3:00am early. He looked like he was in a hurry. Did you do something to him?" Seungyoon eyed out the older. But Jinwoo only stared back, before uncomfortably shuffling in his spot. Everything became hot all of a sudden.
"I umm.. no." Jinwoo nervously replied. Oh god. Human water fountain. Did he run away because I touched him? No. That's the most ridiculous thing in the world....
....
....
......
"No never mind. Even if he doesn't come back tonight you're staying put." Seungyoon told the older in such a demanding tone.
"Wait what? You just said that he'll be back tonight." Jinwoo complained, what the hell was Seungyoon up to?
"Just stay in here and don't cause any trouble. It's the last night of camp before we head back home tomorrow, and I don't Mino beating me for not looking after you porperly." the WINNER leader said before collecting all three of their empty plates and leaving the tent. Mino wanted Seungyoon to look after him while he was gone?

As Seungyoon walked back towards the lobby building, he couldn't help but feel uneasy. Earlier today he was checking Mino's luggage, only to find the very small metal box Mino always takes with him whenever he stayed the night outside of his apartment. He didn't even need to crack the metal box open if that was even be possible since it was so well deisgned, as a slight tap would produce a hollow sound, indicating the box to be empty. He had first seen it years ago when Mino had slept over at his house when they were little. He didn't know what it was or what was inside at first, but over the years as both their families had become closer, Seungyoon had come to realize what it was and what was inside. Whenever there was some sort of emergency in the Song household, Seungyoon would always see Mino talking on the very same phone, even though he uses a completely different phone in public. It was the Song's very own private phone. He didn't exactly know why they needed a seperate phone, but to be hidden and protected to such lengths must've held valuable information about the family.

A filled metal box with Mino still here was a good sign.
But an empty metal box with no Mino.

"Mino where the hell are you and what are you doing?" Seungyoon muttered under his breath.

Author's note: Seems like Jinwoo is organized when it comes to pulling off plans, what do you think about his Closing Case Blueprint? Comment below if you think it will work, or something might go wrong, or it might turn out differently. On the other hand where is our Mino? Why do people keep disappearing from this fanfic? Dafuq right? Made this chapter extra long since I didn't update 'soon' like I promised last chapter. Finally our Jinwoo is kind of re-united with WINNER after so long -.- Ugh, these two need to stop. Like honestly. I smell a kangnam fanfic around the corner with my name written on it :)
