"Hyung, looks like L lost it.", Sungyeol said while watching his friend pace back and forth.

"Lost what? His sanity?", Hoya answered.

Present, Sulli's Birthday at the Choi's mansion

Krystal arrived at the party wearing a pretty blue mini dress paired with elegant white heels and a purse. She wanted to bring a bigger purse for whatever she finds behind the compartment tonight but Yunho insisted that the purse she's bringing is just enough. She entered the hall and people's gazes went straight to her. Sulli went to welcome her.

"Krystal! I'm so glad that you came. You know the moment I saw you I think we can become close friends."

"Well, don't trust people that easily, Sulli-ah.", she thought but said,"Of course, Happy Birthday! Here's my gift."

"Oh, thank you! Come, our classmates are there."

Krystal went directly to the table where all her classmates sat. They gave short greetings. She sat to an empty chair which is beside L, the person who hasn't said another word to her after that Sungyeol incident. She sat there silently, remembering the mission she had to accomplish that night.

"30 minutes before the party official starts. Just enough time to get what I want."

"You are really fond of talking to yourself.", a cold voice pierced through her concentration.

"What do you need Your Highness?", Krystal looked at L straight to the eyes.

"Can I talk to you?"

"what do you think are we doing?"

"I mean, privately?"

"What for?"

"Please."

"Fine."

Krystal and L stood up and went to the balcony. The night was not too cold but also not too warm. The sky was clear and a lot of stars were twinkling.

"What is it?", Krystal asked impatiently.

"I'm sorry."

"For what?"

"For being too insensitive."

It was the first time Krystal saw in L's eyes that he actually meant what he said.

"What happened to the ice-cold Prince?"

"I don't know."

"Ok, listen up. Whatever you did, fine, I'll accept your apology. We're done. I'll go back inside first."
