Thursday Afternoon
Weekly LoverKyungsoo walked absently until he found himself back in his classroom. He had turned off his phone while he was walking. He doesn't want
to receive any messages or calls at the moment. He's not confident if he'll be able to take it. He took his seat and sat there, staring blankly
until he heard the bell in signal for the end of lunch break. He paid little or no attention to everything else. He knew that if he let his guard down,
he might start crying and he can't do that because there's still the whole afternoon of classes left.
A few minutes before the bell rings for class, Jongdae returned to the classroom and saw Kyungsoo already on his seat. He approached his
friend and looked at his expression before forcing an enthusiastic greeting.
"Hey Soo! Done with lunch?"
Kyungsoo replied a "yes" and when he looked at Jongdae he saw that his friend's expression meant that they both knew that he's lying. Jongdae
didn't ask any further, or commented about his lie. He just took his seat in front of Kyungsoo and waited for the teacher for the next class. Kyungsoo
really appreciates this side of his friend, he's really smart about analyzing the people around him and knows when to push and when not to.
The whole afternoon passed. Kyungsoo kept his mind blank. He tried not to think of anything else because all his thoughts will just end up with
Jongin. Oh how he misses him. He didn't get to see his face earlier, or his wonderful smile and those beautiful eyes, he just heard his voice;
so relaxed and comfortable. 'I'm going to break up with him.' The sentence echoed in his mind. 'I'll end this tomorrow.' Kyungsoo had to bite his
lower lip again, he rubbed his eye, feeling the sting that warns him that he's breaking.
Thursday is almost over. The day is almost done. He can do it. He needs to hold it until he gets home. He can see it, the moment he closes his
room's door he'll break down there. It has been such a beautiful week; a beautiful cruel week.
The last bell for the day rang, echoing through the whole school. Jongdae patted Kyungsoo's shoulder to pull him out of his trance. The shorter
boy didn't looked shocked, he expected this much; that time will pass again without his notice. He tidied up the notebook and pen he didn't even
touch. Different from the past few days, this time he wasn't hurrying. As much as he misses Jongin, he can't bear to see him right now. He'll just
be reminded of the time limit of this fantasy. His ownership of him will soon expire.
"Want to go home together?" Jongdae offered in such a gentle voice, it made Kyungsoo really guilty about worrying his friend without telling him
anything. But he just wasn't prepared to admit it to himself, much less to his friend. He feels like if he say it himself, it will just be more painful.
He shook his head. He knows how worried he is, but he wants to be alone for now. Jongdae just sighed and said "Okay. Take care, then. See you
tomorrow." then walked towards the door. Kyungsoo followed a moment later. He walked slowly. He came out of the room with his head low so he
failed to notice the tall boy standing outside their room.
"Soo!" Kyungsoo's heart skipped a bit at the voice followed by a piercing pain. He had to resist the urge to grip his chest again as he looked at the
beautiful boy.
Worry was visible on Jongin's f
