We've all known ever sense the 27 year old Korean-American stepped onto the Korean music scene, that he was different. Besides his overwhelming amount of tattoos and piercings, Jay Park has recently been caught perusing illegal action.

Two days ago Jay was caught wandering around Seoul suspiciously. Several witnesses say he walked into an alley where they saw him take a few puffs of a cigarette. Other witnesses claim Jay had gotten into a vandalized van, driving off at high speed. 

Later that day police received reports of a group several regulars at the club sneaking in illegal substances such as and . Police arrested two men and are dealing with their charges right now.

Night clubs seem to be very dangerous places for idols, several of them getting caught with others people the following days, keeping everyone entertained with the tons of pictures and articles.

Here is the catch; before the arrests, Jay was caught leaving the club through the back entrance and jumping into a car, fleeing the scene. 

Seems like Jay might be hiding something from the media. Something that is a very serious issue. 

Will Jay publicly discuss these rumors? Or will he use his "bad boy charm" to convince police and the public that everything is a miss understanding.
