Jongin stared through the large globe with fascination. Earth was such a interesting planet. Much interesting than say Mars. Mars was boring and the beings there were too shy when it came to other creatures. They barely showed themselves and stayed in their homes. Earth however had humans. Humans were interesting. They had so many emotions and Jongin knew they came from his family. His mother gave everyone hope. The feeling of always having a chance. Uncle Pain gave people the ability to be hurt. Aunty Lust was different from Aunty Love but mother won't tell Jongin why just yet.  Aunty Lust was fun though and loved to play tricks on everyone. Grandpa Time hated it when she pushed back his clocks sometimes or tapped his hourglasses, making the sand in them shoot down a bit more. Jongin really loved his family but lately, he was bored.   His mother told him he could play soon but that was a while ago. He really wanted to meet his soon to be new friends. Especially the deaf kid. Jongin liked to listen to his sounds sometimes. He would put the jar up to his ear and hear random bits of the boys life. Some things weren't nice. People talked down to the boy a lot. Calling him words Jongin had never heard before but he knew they weren't good. His brothers words were nice though. Slow and gentle. They sometimes made Jongin heart yearn for the small kid. It made him eager to meet him even more.   Jongin listened to the first kids voice too. He was very funny. Witty even. There was also the immortal one's mortality. It glowed bright inside the jar. Twisting and curling as it practically hummed with importance. Another one of Jongin's favorite was the sight. He could see so much things he couldn't see through the globe. They weren't good things. They were dark and cold, often leaving Jongin hallow. But they were interesting. What were these things the Chinese boy sees ? And why doesn't he ever speak of them ?    "Jongin-ah. If you stare into it any longer you'll get in."    Jongin blinked as he looked up at his mother.   "Hi mom." He said grinning as the woman ruffled his hair.   "What is capturing your thoughts ?" Hope asked.   "The humans. I want to...see them." Jongin said a bit shyly.   Hope was silent for a while, taking in her sons timid actions before sighing.   "Fine you can go. But me and Fate must tell you a few thing first." Hope said.   "About what ?" Jongin asked.   "Why the humans had to die." Fate popped up sitting next to Jongin and the young teen turned towards her.   "Why did they ?"   "There's something bad coming Jonginnie. Something terrible that has been trying to conquer this universe for longer than you can think. Me and Fate actually had to start over on this universe. For they destroyed the old one." Hope said. Jongin looked at her with wide eyes.    "The humans died and gained special powers because we need guardians. We need someone to help us fight back. We aren't as strong as we used to be. Every day people loose hope and fate can't keep changing forever. We can't loose this universe. If they win again, they'll destroy us." Fate said.   "Who...who are they ?" Jongin asked trying to regain his voice as he took them all in.   "They call themselves the Toska. They bring complete and utter pain. Anguish thrives everywhere they go. They seek to destroy and nothing else." Fate explained.   "But why ?"   "The reason has been lost ages ago. They just want anarchy everywhere and this universe is next on the list. Lately they've managed to sneak through our defenses and place themselves into human bodies. Once they do that, it's hard to tell who's human and who isn't." Hope said.   "So anyone could be them ?" Jongin asked and the women nodded. "Then how will they help ? They're human."   "They're stronger then they look. A lot stronger. On par with the gods and together, they could control the earth if they knew how. But they need someone to warn them and also to guide them." Fate said.   "Who ?" Jongin asked.   "You."   "Me ?" Jongin blinked.   "Yes. You my son. You are strong and powerful. And you know everything about the boys. Even things that they don't. You can guide them through the right path. They've been training, building their strength. Show them how to put it to good use." Hope said.   "So. It's time for me to go down there ?" Jongin asked and the two nodded.   "We will come for you when it's time." Hope said, waving her hand over the globe. It glowed white and began spinning rapidly.   "I get to go now. ?" Jongin asked, a bit excited.   "Of course. If you have any problems just teleport back."  Hope said and Jongin nodded giving his mother a hug.   "I'll lead them the right way." Jongin said making Hope smile. He then pulled Fate into a hug, getting a slight squeeze in return.    When they pulled a part, Jongin gave both women a smile before stepping on the glowing globe. He saw his mother smile back before he was immediately into it. The world was distorted. It swirled around Jongin and he felt dizzy for a moment before it was gone. Jongin looked around and noticed he was on the mountain the boys were all on. But something was off. The mountain shook and rumbled and he could hear shouts in the distance.   Where they being attacked ? Jongin's eyes widened at the thought. No his soon to be friends can't die just yet. In a blink of a second, Jongin disappeared. He popped up not a second later near then pond the boys train at. The ground moved and quaked under his feet. Jongin jumped as lightening and water were being blown past his way. Jongin looked over to see the boys fighting off some sort of monsters. Their description seemed to fit the ones his mother was just talking about and Jongin eyes widened.   Not wasting any time, Jongin popped over towards the first creature. He blocked the fist it threw at him and Jongin let his  shadows swallow the thing up. He saw one heading for the angry eyed Kyungsoo who was already busy with one and teleported over to the thing, grabbing it by its foot and throwing it into the darkness. He could feel the shadows purr in delight. The young teen spun around as another growled at him and kicked it in the face. He gripped it's neck and it screamed as it looked him in the eyes. Suddenly the rumbling stopped. The other creatures looked at him and they all seemed to communicate before disappearing. The one in Jongin's grip still stared at him before Jongin let the shadows swallow him up. When it was gone Jongin looked around.   He was met with the wide eyes of Do Kyungsoo. Standing up straight, Jongin held out a hand to the other. The boy looked at him confused before getting up on his own. They stood face to face and Jongin could finally see how small the boy actually was. Kyungsoo seemed to notice the same thing as he took a step back.   "Hey !" A voice called from afar. "Who are you ?"   Jongin turned to see Minseok looked at him, body ready with caution.   "I'm Jongin." Jongin said.   "Where did you come from ? How did you do all of that ? That was cool !" Sehun said coming down from his place in the air. He tried to walk over from Jongin but Zitao held him back.   "Yeah where did you come from ?" Minseok asked.   "Mother told me to come play with you guys." Jongin said.   "Mother ?" Chanyeol said confused as Jongin nodded.   "And auntie."   It was silent for a moment. They all looked at Jongin like he was crazy. Jongin didn't understand why though. All he did was answer their questions.   "How old are you ?" Baekhyun asked.   "Ummm here ? I think I'm fifteen." Jongin said trying to calculate Earth years to where he was from years.   "You think.." Minseok said and Jongdae gave him a look.   "Yeah. Where's Luhan ?" Jongin asked looking around.   "How do you know Luhan ?" Minseok asked.   "I know all of you guys. Your Minseok, the ice man. That is Jongdae, I listened to his words many times. Next to you is Yixing, the one with the black heart. And next to him is Kris, the leader." Jongin said a few.   "Do you know me ?" Sehun asked coughing a bit.   Jongin nodded with a smile. "You're the dying one; Sehun."    Sehun stopped smiling at that. Zitao's grip around him tightened as he felt the distress of the younger and began rubbing his hair.    "How do you know us ?" Chanyeol asked.   "I saw you."   "Where ?" Minseok asked.   "Well first when you died. Then after in the globe." Jongin explained.   "Died ? You were there ?" Minseok asked.   "Auntie let me come in after you guys woke up. She then would put you back to sleep and take something very special. Like Jongdae's words or Zitao's mortality. But my favorite one is Kyungsoo's sounds. He heard some very interesting things." Jongin said.   "Wait. So your aunt..is she the black eyes woman ?" Chanyeol asked.   "Yes." Jongin nodded. "Auntie Fate."   All the Korean boys eyes widened. Fate. They didn't realize they had met fate. Nor did they realize she could influence their life so much. Hell they didn't even think she was real.    Yixing seemed to not want to be left out in the loop so he called for Luhan. The taller male came out from out the house and they began talking. Kris joined the conversation and they all kept looking back and Jongin once in a while. But Jongin looked at Luhan. He had always wanted to befriend this lonely boy. He saw the pain and unimaginable things in the older boy's eyes.   Jongin teleported over to the blonde. The Chinese males jumped back besides Luhan as he popped up next to them, shadows clinging to this feet.   "Hi I'm Jongin !" Jongin said with a smile. Luhan turned towards him, those pale eyes not meeting his.   "Hi Jongin." Luhan said slowly. "May I ask why you're here ?"   "Mother and Auntie sent me. They said I needed to guide you guys." Jongin said.   "Guide us for what ?"   "There's something bad coming Luhan. Something really bad. And we all need to become so strong that we can protect not only ourselves but this universe as well. Or else we will end up like the others, plaque with darkness." Jongin said. Luhan translated that for the Chinese males and they looked at Jongin with wide eyes.   "Could someone tell me what's going on ?" Kyungsoo asked out loud. "I have been trynna read you guys lips but everyone is talking too fast. Who is this guy ? What does he want and why does everyone look so freaked out?!"    Kyungsoo all but shouted all of that making Jongin smile. He was really cute when he was angry.   "I am Jongin. And I have come to help you." Jongin was loosing track of how many times he would have to introduce himself. But he did so in sign language which made everyone a bit shocked once again.   "Shall we take this inside ?" Luhan asked and everyone nodded. The cold was started to get to most of them and inside seemed much better. Soon they were all in Joonmyeon's house. The earthquake from earlier had it all messed up and trashed but the boys began quie
