After a long day of lectures and meetings and being a social human being, Chanyeol shlepped home, changed into his comfiest sweats, and collapsed onto the sofa with the remote in one hand, a soda in the other, and phone on his thigh. He channel surfed until he settled on a rerun of a drama he missed the week before.

Sehun sat on the couch.

Chanyeol didn't look up from his drama.

Sehun settled a hand on Chanyeol's thigh.

Chanyeol was still absorbed.

Sehun's claws dug into Chanyeol's thigh.

"Jesus!" Chanyeol threw the cat's hand off and pulled the waistband of his pants away from him, peering at his skin for any blood.

Sehun frowned, unrepentant. "Serves you right for ignoring me."

"I'm watching a show!" That was not justification for pain and/or violence, in his opinion.

"Is a fictional show more important than me?"

"It hurts a lot less, at least ... " Chanyeol mumbled, rubbing his sore leg.

The cat snorted and lifted Chanyeol's arm to sit against his side. "You'll live. Pet me."

"If I cared about your opinion, I'd be offended."
