Monday with You
Thursday NightsSoo Yun didn’t remember much after that. Her mind became a mess and she didn’t know what she had eaten or what she was even talking about with the man who sat across from her. Not wanting to seem like her mind was preoccupied with something else, she tried to respond to their conversation with more than one word or sound, but she ended up doing so the whole time.
Jaejoong was already on her mind the whole day, but it was right then that she actually allowed him to roam her head, although now would seem very inappropriate for there was an equally enchanting man in front of her. Wait, was he as equally enchanting as Jaejoong?
From the beginning, her heart had never raced for this man who had smiled lovingly at her and had acted like the perfect gentlemen. But one look from Jaejoong, and even though he wasn’t seducing her, she started to get very hot and her hands became clammy. Soo Yun didn’t want to admit it, but she wanted to be close to him. It signify not only his attraction to her, but it was his own little way of saying “hello” and “you’re beautiful” and “nice to see you again”; it said a lot of things with just this cup. His weird spontaneous ways always made her feel special.
“If I knew tea was going to make you smile like that, I would’ve ordered us a whole set of it,” the man across from her said.
She blushed in embarrassment. Had she been smiling like a stupid idiot the whole time? “Oh no, wine is just fine,” she reassured him, but still took a sip from the tea nonetheless. The smile never left her face.
Her blind date ended and they parted ways with friendly goodbyes. It was a
