“Arrogant jerk.” Yunmi muttered as she passed Jaejoong and the rest of the JYJ members in the lobby of C-Jes.

“Conceited .” He spat quietly back.

She stopped in her tracks and spun around to give a deathly glare. He did the same. Things have gotten worse. Oh no, it was no longer cats and dogs barking and scratching, it had become where two vultures would stare at each other and see who dies first.

“You really wanna go at it now man-?” She said threatening.

He scoffed. “I don’t have time for a , unlike you I actually have a schedule to attend to.” Jaejoong turned around walked away.

She almost burst in anger; she couldn’t let him make the last words. So very sneakily and quickly, in her heels, Yunmi quietly stalked Jaejoong and slipped his phone out of his back pocket without him noticing.

When JYJ got in the elevator and the coast was clear, she laughed in victory, making everyone turn to stare at her. “Ha! Yunmi, you’re still as sly as ever.” She smirked and unlocked his phone looking through his contacts or anything she can blackmail him with.

“Yah, Yunmi!” A man in his mid-40’s called her over, her manager, Taehyun.

 “What?” She lazily replied, still interested in her new toy. While they talk about her next appointment and so, a small girl by the age of 4 with a small blue backpack, just her size, peeked inside the company through the glass window.

She was adorable with such milky white skin, chubby pinch-able rosy cheeks, her big eyes the shape of her father, and her plump pink lips just like her mother. Once she caught sight of Yunmi with her manager, she gasped in delight.

She scurried with her short legs and pushed through the fans in front of the building. Having the advantage of being small she went right in between people’s legs, to the front of the door. Without anyone noticing, she pushed the door open with all her might. Successfully in, she quickly ran to the tall woman standing just a few feet away from her.

“We need to have a discussion if you’re really taking the role in the drama or not.” Taehyun said they both were oblivious to the little girl coming their way.

 “What’s there to discuss? I like the role, besides—“

“Mama!” The girl squealed hugging Yunmi’s leg. The world just stopped and everyone once again turn to stare at Yunmi, surprised. Whispers and gasps were already starting.

“Y-yah! Let go. Shoo kid, you’ve got the wrong person.” Yunmi was shocked as well, how can anyone mistaken her for a mother! Clearly she wasn’tthat old at the age of 25.

“I missed you so much!” She said with her young high pitch voice and hugged Yunmi’s leg tighter.

“Yunmi, what’s going on?” Taehyun asked seriously.

“You tell me!?!” Yunmi panicked.

The small girl continued to babble around saying words of affection to Yunmi . . . until Jaejoong came.

“Lee Yunmi!” He boomed, making the child stop and turn her gaze to Jaejoong. “Did you really think I was that stupid to not realize my phone was gone!?!”

Her smiled resurface, and even bigger this time. She finally let of Yunmi’s possible bruised leg now, and ran toward Jaejoong, attaching onto his leg. “Daddy!”

“DADDY!?!” The three adults scream in unison.

Oh my, what have the world come to? Only one person would know, and she stands on the other side of the building, observing the small group alone with a playful smile on her face, as they quarrel and tried to get the kid away from them. “See, this is what happens when you don’t follow the path of fate. So I’ll bring it to you instead.”
