Bom POV

“You’re slow….” The winged demon said when Chanyeol flared with flames at him and laughed creepily again. He stood on the other end of the rooftop that we were on.

“How can he be so powerful??” Chanyeol asked

“How??? …you ask…” the demon heard him “Your father trace my every move and sustains my power through spells….”

“Damn….” Chanyeol said and looked at me and Dara. His hands and cheeks were full of scratches.  I saw him grabbing his wrist.

“What do you want?!” Xiumin yelled to that demon.

He smirked “I’ve got orders and……. Let’s say it’ll be my revenge…. And pleasure to …..kill you….”he ended and pulled out his hands. Out of nowhere pitch black smoke appeared and started coming toward us.

“!! Let’s get out of here!!” Xiumin yelled but it was too late. There were black clouds around us…. death kept tightening her grip on our throats…

“I can’t push that smoke away…” Luhan said and started coughing. One by one all of us couldn’t catch a breath and started falling on the ground.

“Help….somebody….” I whispered and grabbed Luhan’s hand his eyes lost all sparkles that I loved so much…. My body felt paralyzed… I couldn’t move…

“Tsk…..” I heard suddenly “…. Giving up already…. That’s no fun!!” the demon said and I saw his legs near. The smoke started fading away. “Move!!! Sky God…..” he said with disgust and kicked Luhan’s hip. “Get up!!!” he yelled and pulled him by his hair. “It was you …… the one who killed my brother…… son of the sky god clan….” he said and rubbed off the blood on his cheek.

The demon started dragging Luhan away from me. They passed Dara and Chanyeol laying on the ground who were also paralyzed. I noticed Dara’s eyes were closed…… did she faint??

Strength started coming back to my legs and arms…  I lifted my upper body….

“Luhan….” I whispered but the demon thrown Luhan on the floor to far away from me.

“I’ve got something special for you sky god….” He said and pulled one long feather out of his wing, it’s end looked sharp like a needle. I started crawling to them…. Stop!!! Don’t touch him…..Then he that feather’s ending with his black as night tongue.  

“Don’t!!” I screamed while crawling and finally he looked at me. Everything were happening in slow motion. He smirked at me and showed his fangs. Then  he grabbed Luhan’s arm and pushed the needle so deeply that Luhan grimaced from the pain. Xiumin and Lay stood up next to me.

All three of us saw how Luhan’s lips turned black and little dark blue veins popped out on his face. It looked as he slowly stopped breathing….

“NO!!!” I yelled and couldn’t help the tears of despair and anger fall from my eyes.

“You!!!!” Xiumin screamed and started running at their direction. He took one big jump and changed his form in the air into a huge white tiger…… but that evil demon only smirked when Xiumin stopped few meters away from him roaring.

 The demon with a red ruby in the collar on his neck released Luhan’s arm and I couldn’t see any signs of life in him.

“C’mon!! Bring it on…. Water demon!!” the demon challenged Xiumin and spit.

 “Don’t ….Xiumin….” Lay yelled and stepped in front of me but it was too late. Xiumin charged at that winged demon. An evil smirk appeared on his face. In a blink of an eye he disposed his wings and shoved it in the air…. Hundreds of feathers jetted from his wings and headed at Xiumin and the rest of us.

Xiumin fell and I saw his purely white fur turning into red one….

Lay turned and covered me so no daggers hit me. Everything I heard were Lay’s and Chanyeol’s yelling. Lay’s blood covered my school uniform. I quickly checked his back… thankfully there were no feathers in his body. It only scratched him…

“Are you ok…??” I asked.

“Yeah….. “ he answered . I looked at Chanyeol and Dara. They were both unconsciously laying on the
