“Go away….” I whined and couldn’t stop sobbing “….all of you… I can’t stand how you’re looking at him……. He’s still alive…” I was tightly squeezing Luhan’s hand. He didn’t move since yesterday….

“I can’t …. I can’t do anything” Lay said when he firstly touched Luhan. My tears were unstoppable…

I was sitting on the floor and didn’t leave his side even for a moment. Lay helped Xiumin and healed his injuries. Some of them were too deep to heal instantly, his left leg was broken and still needed time to heal but I was glad and relieved that he survived…

“You’ve got to eat…” I heard a deep voice. Kris entered the room.

“I’m not hungry.” I answered shortly. He came closer and sat on the other side of the bed Luhan was on.

“It’s pointless if you starve… I’m sure Luhan would….” He said.

“What do you know!” I cut him off. Why do look at me like this?! Sorrow in your eyes…..I can’t … my heart hurts so much….I put my face on the bed and sighed. “I’m sorry ….. I know you didn’t mean anything bad….”

“….No ….I’m sorry….. it’s all our fault….” He said and glanced at Luhan. “….mine fault…. That demon was looking for us…. not you…. If I showed up faster… maybe…”

He said that and my heart almost broke all saved pieces of my heart. That demon wanted ….me…. It’s all because of me…. I covered my face with hands and started sobbing again. Then I felt someone’s hand on my head. It was Kris’s… he flinched and took it away when door suddenly opened. It was Lay and MinJi. She kept following him everywhere ever since we came back. He came to me and touched my shoulder while looking deeply in my eyes. I started feeling sleepy…

“You’ve got to get some rest.” He said but all I saw was his grey skin and dark circles around eyes.

“Look in the mirror… You’re the one who’s tired here…. Luhan would’ve kicked you if…..*sob* he saw it…” I cried again.

“If I only knew….. how to save him……I would’ve give my life for him….” Lay said and his tears started falling. MinJi grabbed his arm tightly trying to console him.

I didn’t knew when he came in… but that thin boy…. Tao was inside the room.

“Tao! You should rest….” Kris grabbed his wrist and wanted to take him out of here but the boy’s eyes were fixed on MinJi and Lay standing closely together. Then his sad eyes slowly headed on Luhan and at…me. He whispered something into Kris’ ear.

Lay got dizzy and almost fell but MinJi and Kris helped him. “I know what will help you… MinJi open the door for us.” Kris said and the three of them left.

I looked at Tao inquiringly…. His eyes looked wild…

“I’ll help you.” Tao said

“Help?..... How??” I asked in disbelief and stood up quickly.

“I can take you to the place he is right now…” Tao said and walked closer to Luhan.

“Really….?” I asked and rubbed off my tears. I was ready to do anything…

When he lightly touched a strand of Luhan’s hair I almost had a heart attack coz Luhan grimaced slightly.

“He moved!!!” I yelled.

“He’s far away…… and he needs saving….. are you ready to sacrifice yourself for him???” Tao asked.

“Yes…. Just tell me what to do….” I said.

“I need something yours…” he said.

“Mine? But what??? I don’t even have my school bag in here…” I said but he just smirked.

“I meant I need and offering…. For example your blood…. “ he said and I stood there with open mouth.

“Alright…. I’ll bring the knife…” I saw my hands shaking as I was aiming for a door handle.

“Can I??” he asked and I nodded. “What I’ll do for you is black magic…. I’m not sure if he’ll see us….. but your feelings ….. your love for him can save him…” he said and I felt my cheeks blushing but still looked at Luhan’s face. I saw tiny sweat drops on his forehead.

“Are you ready??” Tao asked.

“Yes…”

“I’ll be accompanying you but…. I won’t be able to do anything…. Keeping the connection between our world and the place he’s now will take all my strength….Everything depends on you…” He added.
