Her hands were trembling while she fumbled with her own fingers and her chest was feeling heavy. Would they be alright? How would things change? 

She watched through the glass walls how Baekhyun busily typed away with one hand as the other browsed through a pile of documents next to him, brows furrowed and lips pursed in concentration.   Closing her eyes and taking a very deep breath, she placed her unsteady hand on the doorknob, ready to twist it.     "Are you sure you won't regret it?"    She froze, her hand stopping in mid air. The evil voice she once thought worth of trust was now making fear and anxiety pump through her system.  Of course, with that malicious mind of hers she couldn't have not followed her there.  Turning around, she inwardly gasped when her gaze met Seohyun's.    "Let's say he'll accept it just because he loves you. Don't you think you'll break him by telling him? How can you be so SELFISH? Will you be able to bear-"   "Then is it not selfish to break someone I don't even know? Luhan and Jieun are innocent, why are you dragging them into this twisted picture? What have they done to you to deserve this?"    A shiver ran down her spine as a wicked laugh erupted from Seohyun's mouth.    "Oh Unni, my dear Taeyeon Unni. You're so naive it's almost touching." She clicked her tongue, the corner of her lips twitching up in a smirk. Crossing her arms, Seohyun slowly approached Taeyeon, her heels clicking rhythmically on the tailed floor.    "Why would you care about them? What you need to do is only wait until they're completely broken, then you can go back to your dear Baekhyun, as if nothing happened. Now, isn't it simple? Why ruin your relationship with him just because you feel guilty? Why break Baekhyun Oppa's heart just because of your selfishness?" With each step Seohyun took, with each word that escaped , Taeyeon's firm decisions crumbled more and more. Why was she so freaking weak? Why couldn't she just open that damn door and confess everything? Why was she letting Seohyun's words get to her? Why was she wavering?    She caressed her round tummy to calm her nerves and leaned against the door for support. All the stress was affecting the baby and she couldn't let it happen. The baby's health came before anything else.  She inhaled and exhaled deeply whilst her hand gently massaged her stomach.  However a knock at the glass door behind her startled her as she quickly turned around to meet Baekhyun's gentle eyes. Panicking, she glanced around just to realize that Seohyun had escaped before being noticed by Baekhyun.  Taeyeon moved from the door and allowed her boyfriend to swing it open.    "Are you alright? What are you doing here? Are you feeling unwell?" He questioned worriedly, eyes searching for any possible injury. She bit the inside of her cheeks, and inwardly laughed bitterly. Seohyun had left knowing she wouldn't have had the guts to say anything, and despite hating to admit it, she was right. She couldn't find the heart to do it. She hated herself for being so stupid and weak, but she just couldn't. How could she? How could she shatter his heart like that? He had been so happy to know....Ah...She really couldn't do it. What a loser she was.    "Hey, Taeyeon? Yah, you're making me worry" She snapped back to reality when she felt him tenderly cup her cheeks. Oh, she had longed for this. Closing her eyes, she enjoyed the touch she had missed so much.    "Yes, I'm sorry for disturbing you when you're busy...I just...I..." Why? Why couldn't she just say it? Why??    "You what? Are you sure you're feeling okay?" He brushed a strand of her hair behind her ear and felt her forehead. Just that small action was enough to send sparkles down her spine. Ah...the effects Baekhyun had on her...If he had told her, she probably would have even thrown herself out of a window.  And that was why she couldn't bring herself to tell him. She just wouldn't be able to bear it if she became the cause of his pain.    "I...I missed you." She finally said. Okay, she wasn't being totally honest, but the fact that she had dearly missed him wasn't a lie, at all.    Hearing those words, Baekhyun grinned widely and softly pinched her rosy cheeks, which now were slightly fuller than they used to be. She was so beautiful, especially now that she was pregnant. She was glowing. He couldn't even explain why. She had always been gorgeous, but for some strange reason, although she always complained about having become fat and ugly, he found her extremely beautiful, even more than she used to be.    "I missed you too. I'm sorry for always being so busy" He breathed out, circling his arms around her shoulders while sweetly pecking her forehead. Ah, how he had missed her delicate scent, it had become his drug.    "Hungry?" He wondered as his gaze fell on his fancy wristwatch. It was already lunch time and he doubted that Taeyeon, forgetful as she was, had taken good care of herself. Although he had to admit that now that she was pregnant she had visibly improved. Perhaps it was some sort of mother instinct...   "I've already eaten but errrm..." Taeyeon blushed, looking down to avoid his curious eyes.
