One of the main reasons I first became interested in South Korea was because of the music. Years ago I was looking up a Japanese movie on youtube and on the side where they suggest other videos to watch was SHINee's Lucifer. I thought..hey why not..and clicked on it.

umm. what? lol. Now, most of the music I grew up listening to was a bit harder than Hello, and i am not a HUGE fan of "cutsey" types..so this song really didn't do much for me. (Just to share I do love SHINee..most of their songs. And they are phenomenal dancers. )

But i clicked on Sorry, Sorry and became hooked on Super Junior, and after that BigBang. Both of those bands are still my top two fav. Korean bands.

So while last year I went to some of the places owned by Kpop idols (the coffee show owned by SJ's moms ..Kyuhyun's mom is lovely btw...and the restaurant owned by Jaejoong and Yoochun, as well as the small shop owned by Yesung), this year i thought I might visit some of the music companies. Now granted I wasn't planning on storming the castles and getting myself inside (seriously i'm too old to be the annoying fan. It would just be neat to see where they were and hey, if someone happened to be outside then awesome. If not, it's something to do. :-D
