Prologue
Icebound
Year 1642
"Master," a voice purred out in the dark, "you've asked, I've come."
The sorcerer spun around, his emerald green robes flowed with ethereal beauty as he observed the hooded figure before him. The hooded figure gazed up at his master. The master is wearing his ceremonial robe today. Green robe signifying the luster of Sorcery, with a red triangle with an eye signifying their strength and power.
"Come."
The sorcerer held out a hand, signaling for the other to move forward. The other entity moved forward eagerly as he held onto the hand of the one he loves the most.
"You had done well today darling. Did me proud."
The hooded figure shivered as hands his tender cheeks.
"I had only followed your instructions master. I lived for you and only you my lord," the hooded figure bowed.
"You've had ended the last of the Coven of Light, the only other power that is strong enough to resist mine."
Hands slowly travelled down to his chest. The hooded figure felt loved.
However, he suddenly felt cold.
BADUMP
The hooded figure clenched his heart as if in pain suddenly.. He gasped for air.
"M-master!"
"I am sorry darling. You are a living threat to me." The sorcerer regarded the hooded figure coldly. Hood fell from his eyes, revealing his white tender face and sweet doe eyes, as the entity named Kyungsoo stood up.
"W-why?" A tear slipped by the boy's pale cheeks.
"I am sorry. But you must be annihilated." The sorcerer said as his palm flashed a deep purple. The boy jumped back away from the sorcerer, abandoning his hood in the process.
"WHY. I'VE DID NOTHING BUT FOLLOWED YOUR ORDERS." the boy screamed angrily as tears flowed. The sorcerer ignored the other as he chanted his spell.
"Phasmato interficerent eum homicidium sceleritas" the sorcerer chanted a death curse.
"I AM IMMORTAL. I CAN'T BE KILLED." the boy screamed once more.
BADUMP
The fox felt his heart constricting once more. He knows that the death curse would not affect him in any way except that it'll slow down his movements.
Nine white tails burst out through his spine, claws emerged, fangs bared. The sorcerer looked at the fox spirit in front of him.
"I can't be killed. The ones that can kill me, you've ordered me to kill them all fifteen years ago, did you forget?" The fox smirked as he approaches the sorcerer dangerously. Yet the sorcerer looked indifferent.
"It is you who shall die."
The fox lunged at the sorcerer. The sorcerer waved his hands.
"Pulsante retrorsum"
The fox flew back, hitting the walls on the cave hard. The fox fell as he coughed blood out of his mouth. The fox laid there for a moment, catching his breath.
"You..." The fox looked up at the sorcerer in front of him. The sorcerer put his palms together.
The fox gave out a cry as he charged again, shooting balls of magical energy at the sorcerer.
"Munimentum" a ball of light surrounded the sorcerer as the magical balls of energy were deflected.
"Succendo des incendimotum" fireballs emerged around the sorcerer as they floated dangerously around him.
"Impes" the flaming projectiles flew at high speed towards the fox. The fox wasn't able to dodge in time.
The fireball hit the fox causing him to be slammed into the cavern walls once again. The sorcerer slowly walked towards the injured fox.
"I may not be able to kill you, Kyungsoo," the sorcerer said dangerously, "but I would still be able to put you in a situation where you would wish that you were never alive."
The fox slowly made his way up. Clutching his sides, he held onto the cavern walls for support.
"Vallabit eum in glácies" the sorcerer started chanting in Latin. The fox's eyes widened.
"No you won't."
"Duratus aeternaliter" the sorcerer closed his eyes as power radiated off him.
The fox jumped up, spreading his nine tails gracefully. He must kill the sorcerer before he completes the spell. Giving out a battle cry, he lunged with a gigantic ball of light on his palm. He shot the ball of light at the sorcerer. The sorcerer, concentrated with his spell, did not bother to dodge at all.
An explosion occurred, dust storm filled the cavern, shaking the cave.
As the dust storm died down, the fox landed slowly and gracefully as he searched for signs of life. He squinted in the dark lighting of the room, trying to see if the sorcerer is still alive.
Then.
"Nix loculo" the chant of the spell continues.
The fox felt a chill as he slowly turned around.
There is the sorcerer, standing behind him.
If the fox hadn't felt fear before, he certainly do now.
The sorcerer plunged his bare hand into the chest of the fox as he squeezed his heart. The fox felt his heart stop beating.
"A demon with a beating heart. Such a shame." The sorcerer gave another squeeze causing the fox to gasp as he coughed out more blood.
"K-Kai...h-how could you..." The fox said as more blood comes flowing out of his mouth.
"I am sorry Kyungsoo." The sorcerer tightened his fist, draining the heart from all it's blood.
"Luna rigentem"
The spell is completed.
The sorcerer slowly withdraw his hand that is coated with the fox's silvery blood. The nine tails of the fox slowly retreated back to it's hiding as the fox convulsed in pain.
"You will pay for this." The fox gasp out.
It let out one final scream of agony as freezing ice encased him.
Legend says that his heart is stolen by the sorcerer.
Some says that his heart has been frozen to ice.
Some says that he never had a heart to begin with.
But one thing for sure is that if the fox is ever to be released, there will be hell on earth.
Present, Year 2013
"Okay! Here's the end to our lesson today! An interesting story isn't it? Between a spirit and a sorcerer. Now are there any questions?"
In the lecture theatre, hands shot up into the air.
"Ms Oh, what's your question?"
"Mr Byun, how much of this do you think is true?" A student asked.
Baekhyun pushed up his glasses.
"I'm a paranormal investigator. What do you think?"

A Cup of Sunshine
Everyone seems to be naming their A/Ns with interesting name so, I shall name mine too. Initially wanted to go with "ing with Sunshine" but then....well....yeah... HAHAHA FIRST CHAPPIE'S UP! Kinda short, I'm sorry for that D:
So... I've tried. I really did D: I've read many fantasy stories so as to help me in this... I've used all the Latin words for the spell and I don't even know if I've used them correctly LOL....One fantasy series I'd recommend is "The Immortal After Dark" series by Kresley Cole, but it's rated as Adult's Fiction, so....yea.... I'm so sorry if this bored you out, I apologise for any mistakes made D: ILU guys! PEACE OUT! (^~^)v
I'm so sorry for everything D: but hey! Don't give up on hope! Kyungsoo's not dead yet! I'll make the epilogue better I promise >_
