just a short update, maybe a bit boring but it is part of the story so I have to post it...

Chaerin has been driving for about an hour when she noticed that Dara has already fallen asleep at the passenger seat beside her.

They have been quiet for some time now. She was a little bit relieved that Dara did not continue on interrogating her about why she suddenly shows up at the pit stop.

She keeps throwing glances at Dara.

She couldn’t help herself from admiring Dara, she is so beautiful, like an angel in her peaceful sleep. Chaerin feels her heartbeat is starting to feel uneasy again, she was too happy to be with Dara right now, to have this chance to spend with her and try to make this Angel fall for her, just like what she felt the first time she saw her on that plane.

But then she is a little bit guilty for doing a little bit of tricks to make things end this way in her favor

FLASHBACK….

“ yeoboseyo?” ask the person on the other line

“ hey, Bom! It’s Chaerin, how are you?”

“ Chae?, you little monster, it’s been a long time since I’ve heard from you, I am fine. What do you want?” Said Bom with a high tone

her eardrum almost explodes “ yah! Bominator don’t shout! Why do you think I need something every time I call you?” she said acting offended

“ aisshh… because I know you too well, pabo! So what do you want this time?” Bom ask curiously

“Listen, I know you have an aunt who owns a villa in province x right?”

“Yup” answered Bom

“Can you please reserve that villa for me please? I will be going there to do an important business” she explained

“ oh really?business? since when?” Bom voice is not convinced

“ aishhh, okay I will tell about it to you , but trust me this is important, really important” she said almost begging Bom

Chaerin told her about Dara and how she likes her and how she is going to do anything just to help her.

“ hmmmm, okay, consider it reserved for you” Bom assured Chaerin

“Thank you Bom, I will owe you for the rest of my life if my plan succeeds” Chaerin said excitedly

“ Lee Chaerin! Don’t you dare mess this one up okay! You better be sure that you are not playing with that girl or else I will kill you this time!” Bom nagged Chaerin like an older sister

“ yes I will ahjumma, this one is different, I won’t hurt her promise”

“ Don’t call me ahjumma!!! Hey Chae, I hope you found the one that will tame you down”

“aisshhh, don’t worry bommie, I will be really good and behave this time, just pray that she will like me back”

“Okay, update me about everything okay, bye Chae. Behave”

“Bye. I will” Chaerin is smiling like a maniac. Very thankful that even it did not work out between her and Bom, they have become really good friends. She is always there for Bom and Bom is the same for her.

“ Okay, villa is secured, now the next move” Chaerin whispers to herself then dial another number

“ hello minki ah!” Chaerin exclaimed to the person on the other side

“ Haissshh! Chaerin unnie, what’s with the shouting?”

“ Nothing, ahehehehhe, I am just excited!” Chaerin said

“ excited about what?” minki said confused

“ uhmmm, listen my baby minki, i know that your dad owns a bus company right?”

“ yes unnie, why?”

“ I just need a little favor, will you help your unnie?” Chaerin said with her egyo voice

“ unnie? You sound different today, what has gotten into you?”

“ something just came up, so will you help your unnie please?”

“ okay, so how can I help you unnie?”

Chaerin told minki her grand masterplan. To leave Dara at the very first pit stop and she will take over from there.

“ Woah unnie, you are so evil!” Minki said giggling

“ aiiisshhh, don’t say that minki ah!” Chaerin felt a little bit guilty

“ ahehehe, evil but sweet unnie, it’s the first time you’ve done something like that, I am just not used to that side of yours”

“ well, I can’t understand myself either but I really like her, so help me okay?”

“ okay unniei consider it done, I wish you success unnie, tell me what happens after okay”

“ okay, I owe you one minki-ah, thank you so much”

“ no problem unnie, bye!”

“ Okay bye. Thanks again”

End of flashback…

Chaerin smiles discreetly while still focusing her attention on the road. She still can’t believe that she is actually doing these things. She has never done anything like it, doing everything just to be with the girl that she really likes. Usually she doesn’t, need to exert too much effort to get what she wants; because she can have it any moment she wants. Nobody can resist her charm. But Dara is different, there is something in her that makes Chaerin go crazy.

Chaerin’s thought was disturb when it suddenly started to rain hard. “ oh no, no not now please stop raining” Chaerin whispered desperately

She was worried because when it will continue to rain like that the road will become zero visibility. It would be very dangerous to continue driving in that condition. She doesn’t want to put their lives, especially Dara.

She looked at Dara-who is still sleeping-worriedly then slowly reduces the speed of the car. She is extra cautious this time, and more alert.

The rain just keeps pouring harder; Chaerin is having a hard time seeing the road ahead.

She finally decided to stop at the nearest hotel she can find. It took her 30 minutes of slow driving to finally spot a hotel. It was not that big but it will do, rather than them getting into an accident. She must keep Dara safe. She pulled over the covered parking lot. It is almost full of cars, meaning many travellers has decided not to risk driving in this condition.

She leaned closer to Dara to wake her up. She was just inches away, she is looking at her lovingly, slowly shaking her shoulder, careful not to startle her.

“Hey, Dara, wake up” she said Dara stirred a little but did not wake up

“aishhh…you sleep like a rock my cute grumpy girl” Chaerin whispered to herself

“Hey, Dara, come on, you need to wake up” she said making her voice louder and shaking Dara harder

Dara slowly opened her eyes “what, are we there yet?” she said in a sleepy voice

Chaerin chuckled “no, we are way too far yet. We just need to make a stop because it is raining so hard, looks like a storm; it is dangerous to travel in this condition” Dara looked outside the window and got what Chaerin means.

“So where are we?” she is sitting straight now “I don’t know, let’s get inside that hotel then we can ask” Chaerin said pointing at the hotel’s entrance

Dara gave her a suspicious look “Hotel?”

“Yes hotel, unless you want to spend the rest of the night in this car alone, because me, I am gonna get inside and sleep in a warm, cozy bed” Chaerin said in her usual irritating tone again

Dara just rolled her eyes “okay, it’s the hotel then”
