Dara just finished her last bite of dessert. “ Excuse me!” she waived at the waiter

“ yes mam?” the waiter ask politely

“ my bill please”

“ just a moment mam, I’ll just get it”

“ here you go mam” the waiter said smiling while handing her the bill

“ ok.” She took her bill then search for her wallet.

She was searching her bag but no wallet. She looked in her pocket, under the table, she even took out the contents of her bag then, she suddenly realized that her wallet is missing

The waiter noticed her worried face

“is there something wrong mam?”

“ I think my wallet is missing” her voice is cracking now

The waiter just frowned at her

She searched for her pocket and found some cash enough to pay for the bill. The last of her money

“Here I will just pay in cash” she handed the waiter the money then went rushing outside

“ oh no! This is not happening to me again!” she said to herself. She was in total panic right now.

She was alone in this strange country with no one she knows, and now without money.

She retraced her steps to the place where she went but to no avail she couldn’t find her wallet.

Of course she won’t find it. Chaerin has it.

She kept on searching and searching until she felt tired and sat on the bench she was sitting before she lost her wallet.

“Why is this happening to me?” she whispers to herself.

Her tears now falling on her cheeks. Chaerin felt a tug in her heart as she watches Dara cry. Dara is still crying.

“ here” Chaerin said, handing Dara a white handkerchief

Dara was startled when she realized who it is standing in front of her.

She is just staring at Chaerin while still sobbing

“I said here, wipe your tears and stop crying” Chaerin said arrogantly

“ I don’t need that” she said then pushed Chaerin’s hands away

“ Aaaaaiiisshh… why are you so grumpy ha?” Chaerin said a little bit annoyed of what Dara did.

She kneeled down in front of Dara and started wiping Dara’s tears. Dara was shocked. She’s as red as a tomato. She was just frozen in her seat.

Chaerin’s heart is beating crazily. Their face to face, just inches apart. She can’t help but admire the beauty that is in front of her. She has met many beautiful women before but nothing can compare to this girl.

“I am sorry but I have to keep your wallet for the meantime. I’ll give it back at the right time” she thinks silently to herself, feeling a little bit guilty. She smiled at Dara who is still frozen in shock. 

Dara awoke from her trance and snap the hankie from Chaerin’s hand.

“I can do that by myself” she said stubbornly then continued to wipe her face Chaerin stood up then took a sit beside Dara smirking.

After Dara has finished drying her tears Chaerin spoke “ you know what?” She said again in her arrogant voice Dara looked at her with an annoyed expression

“ I don’t even know your name, but you already dirtied two of my most favorite things in the world” she said looking straight into Dara’s eyes while crossing her arms

“ my shirt and my hankie” Dara looked away. She can’t stand an eye to eye contact with Chaerin. It makes her heart beat faster, making her blood rush to her face.

Chaerin secretly smiled at Dara’s reaction Dara is starting to sob again realizing her situation right now. She has no money left; she knows nobody in this place and worst this cute annoying arrogant blond girl just keeps popping out of nowhere to bother her.

Chaerin noticed that Dara is crying again “hey, stop crying okay. People may think that I did something bad to you” she said with a teasing tone.

“ Maybe you did” dara replied still sobbing

“ wae. What do you mean?” Chaerin ask hiding the panic in her voice. “Does she know that I have her wallet?” she asks herself silently

Dara faced Chaerin her expression turned cold “Because ever since the moment I met you on the plane everything just went wrong. Everything turned into disaster. I lost my luggage, now I have no money left because my wallet got lost and then you appeared again in front of me just to bother me about your most favorite things being dirtied by me” Dara started crying again

Chaerin was silent for a moment thinking of what to say. “aishhh. When is she gonna stop crying? Do something Chaerin before her beautiful eyes get swollen from crying”

“Hey Miss grum- I mean miss.” She said almost slipping the grumpy word

Dara felt a soft warm touch on her right shoulder. She wiped her tears the look at Chaerin with confused look

“Stop crying will you? I mean whatever it is that happened, I am sorry okay. Even though it’s your fault, let’s make things right between us” she said extending her arm to Dara for a shake hand

Dara just raised her eyebrow then crossed her arm

“ Ok, ok not entirely your fault, but mostly your fault” Chaerin correcting herself still extending her hands

Dara is still in disbelief on how arrogant this girl even in simply saying sorry. She didn’t budge a bit

Chaerin giving up gave out an audible sigh “ok, let’s just start over again no matter whose fault it is. We got on the wrong foot. Hi I’m Lee Chaerin, it’s nice to meet you miss-?” she said in a cheerful voice extending her hands to Dara

Dara smiled at Chaerin’s action. She’s so cute when she is not on her arrogant mode Dara thought

“I’m Park Sandara, my friends call me Dara” She then reached Chaerin’s hands.

Upon contact of their skin electricity just went through their bodies. Dara was the first one to withdraw her hands.

Then awkward silence...

“ ahem” Chaerin cleared , breaking the silence “ So you need help?” she ask Dara

“ ha?” Dara said obviously starled by Chaerin’s voice

“ I said if you need help. You obviously need one” she said with a grin

Dara was thinking whether she will ask Chaerin’s help. But she just met her. What if she is not a good person? What if she has bad intentions toward her? Unfortunately she is also the only person she knows in this place. She really needs help badly.

She just sighs “ Wae? Are you going to help me?” she said unsure of her words

Chaerin just smirk “it depends”

Dara frowned “What do you mean?”

“It depends on how good you are” Chaerin is slowly moving towards Dara with a teasing smile

Dara gulped when she realized what Chaerin said and her action.

“oh , does she mean-?” she thought to herself nervously..No! This girl is not only arrogant but also a ert she screamed in her mind. She pushed Chaerin away then stood up.

“No I don’t need your help, you ert!” she screamed and was about to walk away when Chaerin grabbed her arms

“What did you just say?ERT?” Chaerin ask clarifying if she heard it right

“Let go of me you heard it right! ert!” dara shouted trying to get away from Chaerin’s grip. But Chaerin's grip is strong

“Wait, no! You think that me? wants to-? with You?” Chaerin said bursting into laughter

Dara stared at the laughing girl confusedly. This girl has gone mad she thought

“Yah what is so funny?” she said slapping Chaerin’s arm that is holding her

Chaerin wipes her tears because of so much laughter “ You again. You are so funny. You are cute but you are green minded” she said giggling

“ I am not finish asking my question yet but you already assumed that I would like to-” she giggled again

“ ok let me finish first ok? I said it depends on how good you are IN CLEANING MY HANKIE AND MY SHIRT” she said emphasizing the last few words then giggled again

Dara was so embarrassed on her action and on what she said to Chaerin. She was blushing madly. She is praying that the earth would just swallow her right now. Her embarrassment is way infinity and beyond. “ aisssh Dara why the hell would you assume that she wants you in-?” stupid!stupid!

Dara ducked her head. She can’t look at Chaerin directly.

Chaerin still giggling “ hmmm.. i will help you with whatever you need. I will not ask anything in return okay.” She said making Dara look at her

This girl really looks really pretty no matter what her expression is. She thought while scanning Dara’s face.

“ Really?” Dara ask shyly

“ I promise I will help you” Chaerin said giving her sweetest smile to Dara then raised her free hand as sign of promise

Dara’s heart is beating crazily with Chaerin’s smile. She couldn’t believe how this blond girl could give her different feelings. One time she is mad at her, the next she makes her smile then the next she’s mad again then she’s happy again.Aishhh what does this girl have.

“ Thank you” she said feeling safe at Chaerin’s grip

“ so let’s go!” Chaerin said cheerful dragging Dara

“ Where?” Dara ask suspiciously

“ Somewhere we can talk about on how to help you with your problems. Don’t worry I won’t bite!” she winks and chuckled at Dara then drag her still not letting go of Dara’s hand.
