In Heechul’s table,

 

“So how long have you been dating?” Yoona asked

 

“For a long time now.” Heechul said

       

        “Really? Why did that girl looked surprised?” Yoona said glancing at Riyo.

 

        “We just became an official couple just recently and we tried to keep it a secret for a while.” Heechul said wiping his sweat on his forehead

 

        “Oh… I see…” Yoona said raising one of her eyebrows… She noticed Sohee wasn’t paying attention to their conversation

 

        “Sohee, how did heechul oppa court you?” Sohee looked up to her in surprise, “huh? Pardon… what did you say just now?” She said hiding her phone in her bag and she looked at Riyo who smiled back to her.

 

“I said, how did heechul oppa court you?” Yoona said to her smiling…

 

“ah~ ahhmm… I should I say this…” Sohee said looking at Heechul… Heechul widened his eyes and Sohee said, “Heechul is bothersome.. and his bossy and hardheaded…” she paused to look at Heechul who looked unpleased from what she said. “but despite his inability to express his feelings in words… he’s quite good in making you feel his concern…”

 

Heechul looked at Sohee and felt a bit flattered from what he heard…

 

        Yoona giggled… “Hich makes him really unique… That’s the Heechul I know! If you said he was a real gentleman and sent you flowers every day and was a really sweet guy… I would have second thoughts… It’s obviously out of his character!”

 

“Hey! What do you mean by that?!?” Heechul asked smiling…

 

Sohee laughed so hard…

 

        “I sure wished I didn’t let him go…” Yoona suddenly said sounding serious now

 

Heechul’s expression changed “Let’s not bring that back… what’s done is done.”

 

        “Of course…” Yoona said looking down… Sohee could tell something was wrong… and she knew Yoona had feelings for Heechul.

 

The catering services started serving food…

 

Sohee could see from the corner of her eye that Riyo was having fun with Kyuhyun’s company which made her feel relieved…

 

When they we’re eating, Sohee was having a hard time cutting her food… Heechul was busy cutting his own food… And Yoona, was eating silently…

 

Then Heechul took Sohee’s plate and switched it with his plate…

 

        Sohee looked surprised and looked at Yoona… she could tell from Yoona’s expression that she did not like what Heechul is doing, which made her feel a bit bad. “Ahh~mm… Oppa… you don’t have to do that”, she said trying to take back her plate…

 

        Heechul touched Sohee’s hand to stop her, “No… eat that…” he said like it was a command

 

        “You’d better eat that or he’ll get angry at you.” Yoona said

 

Sohee nodded and started eating… It gave her a really awkward feeling, to eat between Heechul and Yoona

 

People started dancing and were really into the party mode… except for their table… Heechul kept on hold of Sohee’s hand…

 

When the music changed to a romantic slow tone,

 

        “Aren’t you guys planning to dance?” KangIn said to Heechul dancing with Taeyon

 

        Heechul gave a glance at Yoona…

 

“Go ahead. Don’t mind me I’ll be fine here” Yoona said

 

        “Let’s dance?” Heechul said to Sohee

 

But before Sohee could even answer, Heehul already pulled her to dance…

 

        “Let’s go over there” Sohee said sounding angry

 

        “Why?” Heechul asked

 

        “Just do it! Or do you want me to tell her everything’s just made up?!” Sohee said

 

Heechul glanced at Yoona who was looking at them… “Arasso…”

 

They went a bit far from their table…

 

        “I know you are really rude… but not to this point! What are you planning in torturing her feelings like this? It’s so obvious that she likes you!” Sohee said like a shot gun

 

        “Stop talking about none sense… and besides she deserves this” Heechul said

 

        “And what did she do to deserve this?? She’s very lovely and I can’t see why you dislike her so much…. Unless… if you’re… you’re gay???” Sohee said

 

        “I’m not gay!!! And you don’t know anything so just shut up!” Heechul said

 

        “That’s the main reason why I’m asking you! It makes me feel bad pretending in front of her!” Sohee said

 

        “Sorry for giving  you trouble… but, I can’t tell you, it too personal… and it’s better if you don’t know” Heechul said putting his hand in Sohee’s head and letting her rest her chin on his shoulder.

 

        “If I can’t make you tell it… I’ll find a way to know it… you can’t blame me if I wanna know the truth… I’m already caught up in this whole mess” Sohee thought to herself…

 

* * * * *

 

        “Can I get two drinks please” Kyuhyun said to a staff of the catering

 

        “Here you go..” the man said to him handing two glasses of drink to him

 

        “Kamsahamnida” he said turning back towards Riyo… When he noticed Seohyun sitting in a chair holding her feet…

 

        He went near her to check what was wrong

 

“Are you alright?” kyuhyun asked

 

“I’m fine… none of your business…” Seohyun said

 

“you sure? Looks like you have a problem” Kyuhyun said sitting like a frog holding the two glasses, looking at Seohyun’s feet.

 

“My feet got sprained while I was dancing… but don’t worry my father’s going to pick me up in the parking lot any minute now.” Seohyun said

 

“In the parking lot? Can you walk all the way there?” kyuhyun asked placing the two glasses in a nearby table.

 

“Yes… I can handle myself” She said trying to get up. However, while she tried to stood up, she lost balance and almost fell. Good thing Kyuhyun was there to catch her to break the fall…

 

“I see, let me help you” Kyuhyun said holding Seohyun in the arm…

 

 Kyuhyun assisted her outside the hall and into the parking area…

 

Then a car came in their view…

 

“That’s my ride… thank you for your help” Seohyun said then she turned to look at the car, his father lowered the windshield. “Let’s go now”

 

“yes appa…” she answered then she turned to face Kyuhyun. And gave him a quick kiss in the lips… “bye!”, she said showing off her sweet smile as she entered the car.

 

“Seohyun???”, her father asked looking shocked from what her daughter did…

 

“appa… lets go now! I wanna rest!” then they went away.

 

Kyuhyun was watching the car while it left the campus…

 

“What was that for? Aish~ women these days… tsk… I have to go back” kyuhyun said to himself while he scratched his head.

 

He went back inside the building when he noticed the music was already slow… he went to the spot where he left Riyo. But she wasn’t there. So he started scanning the place looking for her…

 

Then he saw her…

 

She was dancing with Teamin… in slow music… “Great…” he said

 

He went to Donghae and Jessica… “Can I borrow her for help?” Kyuhyun said pulling Jessica from Donghae…

 

“Sure, do whatever you want, she’s been clinging to me for hours…” Donghae said

 

“Thanks man!” Kyuhyun said

 

“Glad to be away from her for a while” Donghae said stretching his arms.

 

“hold up! What do you mean by that oppa?!” Jessica said

 

“Don’t worry Ssica, you can ask him later I just need you for a while.” Kyuhyun said

 

“What for?” Jessica asked

 

“Just dance.” Kyuhyun said. Leading her in slow dance and slowly making their way near Taemin and Riyo.

 

That’s when Jessica realized what he was up to, “Oh~ wow… thanks…” Jessica said in a sarcastic way

 

“You’re welcome” Kyuhyun said

 

“grrrr~” Jessica said

 

“Hello~ Taemin!” Kyuhyun said

 

Riyo turned to look at Kyuhyun… “Hi” Taemin said

 

“You’re back” Riyo said looking at Jessica

 

“Yes… I’m here to dance with you” Kyuhyun said

 

“I’m still dancing with her” Taemin said…

 

“And you’re still dancing with Jessica” Riyo added…

 

“That can be solved… Change partner!” Kyuhyun said

 

 

 

“NO… I don’t want to” Taemin said

 

“What did you just say?!” Kyuhyun said

 

“You heard me, It’s a big NO!” Taemin said

 

“You~” Kyuhyun grabbed Riyo’s arm… “Give her up”

 

“Aniyo! I got to her first! You give up.” Taemin said grabbing Riyo’s other arm.

 

“Excuse me… for your info; I picked her up from her house, so I got to her first!” Kyuhyun said

 

“Will the two of you stop!” Riyo said pulling her arms…

 

        “kyuhyun.. whats you’re problem?” Riyo said

 

“hey… you called me by my name!” kyuhyun said

 

“Cho… I asked you…” Riyo said

 

“I just went to get some drinks for the two of us but when I got back you’re already dancing with him!” kyuhyun said pointing at Taemin.

 

“Really? Now where’s are the drinks that you we’re supposed to get?” Riyo asked

 

“Ah… about that… I~ uhhhhmmm~”

 

“See~ you we’re also enjoying yourself dancing with her…” Riyo said giving a sharp look at Jessica.

 

“Oh no girl~ I’m out of this… he just borrowed me from Donghae a while ago so he could come closer to the two of you…” Jessica said while trying to escape from their conversation “now where is Donghae oppa?”

 

“Hopeless girl…” Kyuhyun murmured as Jessica went away to look for Donghae

 

“Taemin oppa~” Riyo was interrupted when kyuhyun said “Oppa???”

 

Riyo just looked at him and focused her attention back to Taemin…

 

“Taemin oppa… thanks for dancing with me… even though I’m not good in dancing” Riyo said

 

“My pleasure Riyo… it was fun dancing with you” Taemin said smiling

 

Kyuhyun’s expression started to change… and he walked away…

 

“Ah~ Kyuhyun~” Riyo said. But Kyuhyun just continued to walk “until next time” Riyo said to Taemin bowing down

 

“wait up!” Riyo said running towards Kyuhyun.

 

Kyuhyun walked fast… he went out of the building… Riyo still following him… “wait up kyuhyun!” that’s when he turned around and stopped “what?? The--” Riyo bumped into him and the dropped in the floor… their face were really close… almost like  kissing… and Riyo was on top of Kyuhyun…

 

There was a moment of silence… Riyo was staring at Kyuhyun’s face…

 

“How long are you planning to stare at me?” Kyuhyun said smirking

 

“ah~ mianheyo!!!” Riyo said standing up covering her face

 

Kyuhyun stayed sitting in the floor… “what is it?” Kyuhyun said

 

“Uhmmm~ you’re not gonna leave me right?” Riyo said blushing

 

“No~” Kyuhyun said

“Then why did yiou walked away?” Riyo said

 

“So you would follow me.” Kyuhyun said

 

“What? What made you think I would do that???” Riyo asked

 

“You already did” Kyuhyun said…

 

“I~ I… only did that because I… I have no one to company home…” Riyo said she felt her ears were burning red… which were really red…

 

Kyuhyun stood up and grinned “I didn’t thought you’d fall that fast”

 

“What?” Riyo asked

 

“you like me don’t you?” Kyuhyun said smiling

 

“MWO~? OF COURSE NOT~!!! WHO WOULD LIKE A GUY LIKE YOU???” Riyo said

 

“Defensive~” kyuhyun said… “you do…”

 

“I SAID NO~!” Riyo said

“Denial stage~ that comes naturally…” Kyuhyun said

 

“Will you stop that Cho~!!!” Riyo said tapping Kyuhyun’s arm

 

“Let’s go home… Your brother must be worried…” Kyuhyun said

 

“I thought you wanted to dance???” Riyo asked

 

Kyuhyun tried to stop bursting to laughter, “Yah~ I did... But you already made me happy… and besides… it’s getting late. ”
