It was a universally asked question.

At least it was if you had fully funtioning eyes. 

Yongguk was determined to answer that question himself before anyone else had the chance. He made this decision as he sat next to Kim Himchan, whose face was scrunched up and body attempting to move away, neck stretching, straining.

Yongguk would find out if that man used gel to achieve that y constant 'hair in the eyes' look.
