Pairings: Gyuyeon (Sunggyu/Jiyeon), Myungsoo, Naeun

Plot: Sunggyu is in love with the florist who had been giving out free flowers to the elders who he had been taking care of at the center.He wanted to get Jiyeon's heart but Jiyeon only thought that Sunggyu as her friend.
Sunggyu tried confessing in many different ways with the help of Myungsoo and Naeun and at last Jiyeon finally realized it.

Sunggyu smiled to himself dreamily while looking at a silhouette in front of him. One of his hands was holding onto a stalk of flower while the other was plucking the petals out, unknown to himself.

“Yeah yeah, hamstergyu~ smile till we can’t see your eyes~”

“Yes Yes… Pluck the petals till the flower becomes flowerless~”

Sunggyu woke up from his daydream when he heard teasing beside his ears.

“Myungsoo! Naeun! You’re here!” Sunggyu produced his smile and greeted them.

Myungsoo shook his head, mocking him, “we were here 15 minutes ago!”

“Yeah~ and here you are, looking at the florist again~ Just bring your guts out and confess man!” Naeun encouraged while pushing him lightly on the shoulders.

Myungsoo and Naeun were his friends since young. They grew up together since they’re neighbors and they knew each other just like how the back of their palms.

“Of course I wanted to…” Sunggyu started, before sighing deeply.

“But she’s just too dense to catch your hints.” Naeun ended it off for him.

Sunggyu nodded his head dejectedly while looking at the smiling florist in front of him again.

“Aww… But look at her, she’s so beautiful giving out those flowers to the elders. She’s just too kind-hearted!” Sunggyu squealed like a little child and fantasized about her.

“Stop daydreaming here and just ask her out! She’s your friend right? And you’re just standing here, looking at her beauty, admiring her kind-heart~ Just ask her out and she will be yours instead, Kim Sunggyu.” Myungsoo encouraged him again.

“I wanted to… But…”

“Oh man! Come on~ We will help you okay? Right, Naeun?”

Naeun nodded her head to Myungsoo’s idea.

Sunggyu nodded his head in encouragement and threw that petal less flower away.

He showed his two hands up high in a ‘fighting’ manner and shouted loudly, “I have to get her within three days or I’m not Kim Sunggyu!”

Myungsoo and Naeun cupped his mouth and shushed him when he saw that florist turned her head to his direction.

The duo smiled awkwardly back to her which she replied with a kind smile.

“Aish! She almost heard you! Don’t let her misunderstood you wooing other girls!” Myungsoo smacked his friend’s head when he saw that florist return to her job.

“That’s right! Kim Sunggyu! You’re the dumbest person in the world, I swear.” Naeun reprimanded him as well which made him pouted his lower lips out.

“Don’t act cute on us! Act cute on your crush instead!” Myungsoo shoved him aside and walked off.

“She’s not my crush! She’s my love!” Sunggyu retorted back and showed his tongue to his back.

“Seriously… Sunggyu oppa…” Naeun shook her head before following Myungsoo off.

“What!? I have the rights to act cute too okay…” He mumbled to himself before returning to view his self-proclaimed love.

Day 1

“You’re lucky I found substitute for you for these three days in your elderly centre!” Myungsoo puffed his chest, as if he’s done well.

“Yes, yes. Thanks so much, Myung-ah~” Sunggyu smiled sarcastically at him.

“Tch! At least showed some gratitude!” Myungsoo pushed him lightly and walked off.

“Thanks, Myungsoo-ah~” Sunggyu sang and hopped to his side, “By the way, where’s Naeun?”

“She’s coming soon- Oh! Here she comes~”

“Oppa~ Here you go~” Naeun skipped to their sides and shoved the box of chocolate and teddy bear to Sunggyu’s arms.

“What’s this for? Is this for me?” Sunggyu smiled brightly at his two friends.

Myungsoo and Naeun rolled their eyes and face palmed, literally.

“I told you, you’re the dumbest person in the world.” Naeun sighed disapprovingly at him.

“We’re going to wait for your florist friend end her work and you will give her this and ask her out, you got it? Why are you so dense in such areas!?” Myungsoo smacked his head.

“I got it…” Sunggyu pouted and rubbed the back of his head where his friend just hit.

“What time she ends her work?”

“Jiyeonie ends work at 5.30PM.” Sunggyu replied.

“Jiyeonie?! WOOOOO~” The duo at the nickname he gave her.

“She asked me to call her that, okay~” Sunggyu explained with a blush on his cheeks.

“Yes yes~ You must be happy~” They sang and walked into the café opposite Jiyeon’s shop and waited for her to end her work.

And soon, 5.30 came.

“Gyu! She’s coming out soon!” Myungsoo nudged the excited Sunggyu and pointed to the shop.

Jiyeon was picking up her bag and switching off the lights already.

“Do I look okay?” Sunggyu asked in excitement to the duo which they nodded their head in response. “Fighting!”

Sunggyu nodded his head and walked out of the café, heading towards her flower shop.

“Jiyeon-ah!”

Jiyeon locked the doors and turned around, “eo! Sunggyu oppa!”

Sunggyu’s heart beat faster at the smiling face of Jiyeon’s. “Erm… Hi…”

Let’s just say he’s lost at word in front of his love.

“Oppa! What are you doing here?”

Sunggyu scratched his non-itchy neck and pulled out the bear and chocolate from behind, “Well… This… Erm…”

“Eo? Is it for the elders at the centre!? You wanted me to put them into the flowers to surprise them right? Oh My God! Oppa! You’re so kind!” Jiyeon clapped her hands happily at his kind heart.
