Eunjung sat down in the lover’s seat, ‘Alright, let’s go!’

‘To our hardship, Cheers!’ came with tossing glasses sound in the air.

            Eunjung drank a little from her glass since she didn’t want to feel giddy.

            ‘Ah, we should’ve called Boram unni. She must be bored as we’ve been studying without visiting her,’ Jokwon protested timidly.

            The others winked at one another, trying not to laugh out loud. All of them knew Jokwon had a crush on Boram since he was in

high school. Boram decided to be a florist after high school graduation because she took little interest in studying & also because she

loved to decorate flowers.

            One petite blond girl with beautiful face tried hard to look serious & said, ‘Hey, Jokwon, I didn’t say I approve the two of you. I

can’t share my big sister yet.’ Hyomin was Boram’s younger sister. Boram loved & cared for Hyomin with all her heart. So Hyomin took

advantage of that, living like a spoiled child.

            Suddenly, Jokwon’s face looked like a ripened tomato. ‘Yaah, I didn’t say I like Boram unni, did I? Hyomin, please don’t

misunderstand me. I’m just thinking she’ll just be bored. And…. I miss her. No…no. I mean we all miss her, don’t we? And I never said I

miss her cooking. No…I mean I… I…?’ Jokwon stuttered & looked around the rest of his friends for support.

            Kim So Hyun intervened, ‘Hey, please stop embarrassing our Jokwon. He’s just shy. Give him some space.’

            Jokwon snapped, ‘I’m not shy. I’m saying the truth. I… I…’

            ‘Enough,’ Taecyeon stopped herself from bursting into laugh & proposed, ‘How about we go dancing? To release our stress?’

            ‘Good idea! Jiyeon, may I be honored to dance with you?’ So Hyun offered his hand to Jiyeon.

            ‘Sure, why not?’ Jiyeon quickly replied & followed So Hyun.

            Shin Hye said irritably, ‘Tat…tat…ever since they’ve dated, they completely ignored us! Now, everyone let’s roll in the dance floor.’

            ‘I’ll be waiting for you here. You all go ahead,’ Eunjung feeling sleepily, rejected Shin Hye.

            ‘Are you sure? Ok, I’ll come to you after I’ve enough dance,’ Shin Hye joyfully followed the others to the dance hall.

            Starting to feel sick, Eunjung chose to go outside for a few minutes to get some air.

            In the dance lounge, a lot of people were enjoying their moments. Laser beams were flying everywhere, the room dimly lit.

Eunjung struggled her way through people & left the bar.

            As she was resting opposite the club entrance, something, to be exact someone, caught her eyes. A tall, brown-haired guy in

causal clothes was lying a few meters from her. Judging by his clothes, she knew he could not be some kind of vagrant and delinquent

man. She heard him murmuring someone’s name.

            She did not know what had pushed her towards him, maybe concern? She had now a close-up view of the man’s face. ‘What a

waste,’ she mumbled, kneeling beside him.

            Unexpectedly, the man’s eyes open, He looked at her for a few minutes before he got up & hugged her tightly. And he was

uttering incoherently, ‘Do you know how much I’ve missed you? Please don’t leave me again. Please, please…’

            Being in a daze, she tried to push him with all her might & slapped his face. Then, she started kicking him until he could not

balance himself, falling hard on the pavement.

            After he was out of consciousness, she ran away from the scene, her heart beating so fast. ‘How shameless he is! I’m sure I

could stab him if I’ve a knife. I so want to kill him’ she stomped into the club & found her friends chatting noisily.

            ‘Oh, Eunjung-ah, where’ve you been? We were looking for you a while ago?’ Jiyeon asked curiously.

            ‘Don’t ask me. I met some kind of prevent. I should’ve killed him,’ Eunjung voiced angrily.

            Shin Hye stepped in, looking anxious, ‘What happened? Are you ok?’

            ‘I don’t want to talk about that. Will you please pass it?’ Eunjung pleaded.

            Hyomin then suggested, glancing at her watch, ‘It’s getting too late. Let’s go home. We have school tomorrow.’ The other

friends agreed her and said goodbye.

            Eunjung noticed that the man had gone. She was still furious after what had happened. Her heart was suffering some kind of

fibrillation that she was afraid her chest was going to explode in seconds. ‘Ash, why did you have to go to him closely? Fool…fool,’ she

hit her head with her little fist.

            At that moment, Shin Hye called her, ‘Eunjung, what’re you doing? Let’s go home.’ Eunjung obeyed her & climbed into the car.
