[Nobody’s POV]

Hongki woke up lazily as the rest of his group members got ready.

He scratched his head lightly while walking to their living room.

Picking up a random magazine, he flipped it open.

‘SHINEE’S FIRST SCANDAL’ caught his attention.

Hongki soaked up every detail of that article as he quickly flipped the page to see the picture.

He dropped the magazine in shock.

Mi Kyoung.

[Mi Kyoung’s POV]

‘Omo. She’s waking up!’

My eyes opened slowly and adjusted to the light.

‘Yeobo.’ Key engulfed me in his embrace as I breathed in his cologne.

He released me.

I was in my bedroom.

I looked over to see the rest of SHINee watching us.

‘What happened?’ I asked while rubbing my temples.

I could feel a headache coming on.

‘You fainted.’ Key stood up, as if preparing to go.

‘You’re going?’ I questioned.

He looked at me apologetically.

‘It’s time to go guys.’ Their manager barged in angrily.

‘Why so fast?’ I pouted at him.

He looked pained as if he was trying so hard from telling me something.

‘You’re hiding something.’ My eyes hardened as I glared at him.

‘Wa..ah? No!’ Key replied too quickly.

‘Yes he is. He’s not allowed to see you anymore.’ Their manager said as he dragged Key out.

I looked at him, shocked, not knowing what to say.

Taemin touched my arm lightly as he followed the rest of his hyungs out.

I blinked back my tears immediately and pretended that I didn’t hear anything.

I let a tear slip as I heard the many clicking of cameras outside my house again.

Is this going to be my life now onward?

[Nobody’s POV]

‘I’m so going to die. I’m going to die.’ SHINee’s manager repeated again and again as they were driving to the dorm.

Key glanced at his phone nervously, dreading to meet Lee Soo Man.

At least they hadn’t deleted Mi Kyoung’s number.

He rolled his thumb over the keyboard of his phone, wanting to call Mi Kyoung.

‘Don’t even think about it.’ His manager glared at him.

Their manager knew since the beginning of this scandal that they were going to fall into a really deep hole.

What matters now is climbing their way out.

[Mi Kyoung’s POV]

I woke up at six in the morning screaming out Key’s name.

Shuffling around and putting on my clothes, I quickly put on a beanie and sunglasses.

I knew there were reporters outside waiting for me to come out.

I took a deep breathe and rushed out.

‘Please answer this question.’

‘How long have you been in this relationship?’

I shoved them away and ran downstairs, expecting the familiar sight of a camaro waiting for me.

There was no car in sight.

I sighed and ran all the way to school.

‘Omo, it’s that girl. Stupid sl*t’

‘How dare she steal Key oppa’

‘I knew it would never last.’

‘She was never worth Key’s time’

As I walked to class, my head drooped lower and lower in shame.

They were right.

I was never worth Key’s time.

I always pushed him away when he tried to be nice.

I sat in my seat pathetically while staring at Key’s seat.

After awhile, the bell rang.

I looked at Key’s seat anxiously.

Why hasn’t he come?

Time ticked pass as I kept on glancing at his seat.

‘Is there a problem Mi Kyoung?’ Mrs Yun cocked her eyebrow at me.

People sniggered at me as I shook my head.

[Nobody’s POV]

Mi Kyoung shook her head at Mrs Yun as she sank lower.

At the corner, Ae Cha scoffed at Mi Kyoung.

Pathetic, she thought as she chewed her pencil, thinking of a plan to ruin Mi Kyoung once and for all.

Obviously she had been the one that created this mess.

She made the reporter spy on SHINee and Mi Kyoung to kill Mi Kyoung.

Ae Cha knew that even if SHINee had a scandal, they would survive.

They were SHINEE for goodness sake.

Unlike poor Mi Kyoung, she sniggered to herself.

Plus this would bring good publicity to SHINee.

She smirked at her brilliant plan and pretended to look as if she was listening in class.

Nickhun looked at Mi Kyoung and sighed.

She was pale and fragile-looking, eye bags circled her eyes and she had puffy eyes from crying.

‘Gwenchana?’ Nickhun whispered to Mi Kyoung.

She smiled wealky in return and went back to look at Key’s seat.

‘Look at me for once Mi Kyoung..’ Nickhun whispered to himself.

The bell rang as the students rushed out for the next class.

As Mi Kyoung was leaving the class, Ae Cha stuck out her foot obnoxiously.

Too busy worrying about Key, Mi Kyoung didn’t notice the foot and fell down.

Her books scattered on the floor as everything suddenly slowed down.

People started laughing at her and her pathetic state as they took photos.

‘No’ She muttered weakly.

‘Please stop!’ She said louder.

The other students mocked her and continued taking photos.

Only some that knew Mi Kyoung just shook their heads and walked away.

Suddenly someone quickly shielded her and guided her out.

‘Key?’ She thought and suddenly felt happier.

But when she looked up she saw a really worried Nickhun staring at her.

Her hope deflated immediately.

They were at the rooftop.

‘Thanks oppa’ Mi Kyoung said quietly.

Nickhun just nodded.

After awhile, Mi Kyoung got up and bowed.

‘I’d better go, I’m late for second period.’ She said while walking out.

Nickhun pulled her back and hugged her tightly.

‘Don’t leave. Forget Key, can’t you see me looking at you?’ He whispered softly into her ear.

‘I.i..i don’t know what you’re talking about. Please let me go.’ Mi Kyoung struggled to get out.

Nickhun released her and quickly kissed Mi Kyoung on the lips.

Her eyes widened as she pulled away.

Mi Kyoung wiped her lips and slapped him across the face.

‘I love Key. Don’t forget that.’ She said and left quickly.

‘What have I done..’ Nickhun whispered quietly.
