"E-excuse me, can you repeat that again?" asked Sohyun, stuttering

"Like l said Kwon Sohyun-ssi, you've been accepted to one of the best school in London" her teacher replied, smiling

"But, l've never send any forms or anything"

"Really? But it has your name on it though. Whatever, do you want to go or not?" the teacher asked

"Uh.... l...." Sohyun started to feel unsure

"Think carefully Kwon Sohyun-ssi. With your grades, you definitely deserves this school. But you have to improve your English a little bit" advised the teacher

"Can you, give me some time?" 

"Sure. But choose wisely" 

"l will"

The teacher handed her the letter of her acceptance, and with a bow, Sohyun stepped out from the teacher's lounge. Every step that she took, she couldn't resist the thought on how she was accepted to one of the best school in London. London... that word keep on playing in her mind. The most important question of all is, will she go?

Just then, something clicked in her mind. Looking at the letter in her hand, she thought, 'lf l didn't send anything, then... is it... Krystal? l mean, she want me to leave L.joe, so..... is this one of her plans?'. Sohyun started to have doubt 

Suddenly, a voice wake her up from her trance, "lt seems you've already got the letter"

Sohyun raised her head and saw Krystal walking towards her with a victory smile. "You-"

"lsn't it great?" Krystal cut her off

"You're the one who did this?" Sohyun asked

"Of course. With my connections, anything is possible. You'll go, right?" 

"l've never said anything like that" Sohyun could feel that her patience is starting to fade

"You, have you forgotten about the accident?" asked Krystal with her serious face. Hearing that, Sohyun started to froze. She continued, "Do you still want to stay in Korea after he find out the truth? You're the most shameless person l've ever met"

Sohyun could feel that her fist started to shake

"You're lucky l didn't tell L.joe about it"

After a silence, Sohyun asked the same thing she asked the teacher, "Can you, give me some time?"

"Well then Kwon Sohyun, l expect your answer, REAL SOON", and with that, she left Sohyun alone

Today, Sohyun had told him that she wanted to go back home, alone, and she will pick up her brother. But of course, at the start of the conversation, there must always be a fight. Usually L.joe would win the fight though, but it seems today is the reversal. Here is he now, complaining alone. "Tch... that girl, day after day seems to get weirder and weirder" he muttered under his breath

On his way towards his car, he could hear someone calling out to him. "Lee Byunghun"

With his fast reflex, he immediately turned around, only to be greeted with an unfamiliar person. "Can we talk for a sec?" 

"Who are you?" asked L.joe

Sohyun opened the door and saw halmeoni in front of her. "Halmeoni..."

"Oh, Sohyun-ah, Do hyun-ah, welcome home" she said while smiling

"Uh, yes" replied Sohyun awkwardly

"Halmeoni..!!!" Do hyun yelled cutely and hugged her

"Omo.... Do hyun-ah, why don't you go and take a shower? After that, we can have dinner" asked halmeoni while ruffling his hair

"Okay" he replied 

After Do hyun already can't be seen, halmeoni asked Sohyun, "Where's Byunghun?"

Startled with the question, she reply, "He isn't home yet?"

Halmeoni just reply with a nod, and Sohyun continued, "l thought he went home first"

"That kid, where is he now? l just hope he doesn't get into trouble"

Sohyun started to feel worried as well. Just then, the front door was opened, revealing the person that they were worried for. "Byunghun-ah" halmeoni called his name

"Oh, halmeoni, you've waited for me?" he asked

"Next time, tell me when you're going to be late" she replied

"Fine, fine". With that, L.joe left for his room. On his way to his room, he saw Sohyun near the stairs, "What a troublesome kid you are. Where have you been?" she asked

"You don't need to know" he reply with a cold tone and went straight to his room

Sohyun stood there, dumbfounded. The tone that he just used, it make her felt like she is a stranger. Sohyun don't know why, but she felt like he is trying to avoid her. Crack... Sohyun felt like her heart just cracked. Without wasting any time, she went to her room

After an awkward dinner, she sat on her bed, with the letter from this morning in her hand. She just observed the letter aimlessly. "So that what it feels like to been ignore. lf he knew the truth about the accident, will he do worse than that?", she asked herself

A knock can be heard and halmeoni enters. "Halmeoni"

Halmeoni sat beside her and saw the letter, "What is that" she asked

"This? This is nothing-" 

"Sohyun-ah, you don't need to hide anything from me. When you feel like talking, you can consult with me" said halmeoni while holding her hand firmly. Halmeoni also gave her a reassuring look, and that make her waver

"Actually, this is the letter of acceptance to one of the best school in London" said Sohyun

For a split moment, Sohyun could saw shock in halmeoni's eyes. "London..." muttered halmeoni. "What is your decision?" halmeoni asked

"That's the problem. l don't know" she replied. "What do you think l should do halmeoni?" she asked back

Shaking her head, she replied, "This kind of thing, you can't ask other people, Sohyun-ah. You must ask yourself, what do you want to do, and believe in your decision". While giving her an assured look, she said "And l believe that your decision is for the best"

Sohyun could feel the warmth that radiated from halmeoni, without her noticing it, a single tear dropped

"Come here" said halmeoni while pulling her into a hug

Without any hesitation, Sohyun hugged her back. Sohyun said a word softly that made halmeoni smile sweetly

"Thank you"

"l take it that you already have your decision" said Krystal as she came face to face with Sohyun the next day

"Yes" replied Sohyun

"Are you sure you don't need more time to think?"

"Believe me, l spent all night thinking, and l won't regret my decision" Sohyun said confidently

"Very well then. Are you going or not?" Krystal asked with a smirk plastered on her face
