The next day, L.joe kept looking outside the window, waiting for Sohyun to come. As time passes, he didn't even saw her shadow. He was about to dial Sohyun's number when someone tapped his shoulder. He was hoping to see Sohyun, but his hope already crumbled when he saw Krystal

"Hey, long time no see" she tried to make a conversation

lnstead of answering, he just kept looking at the window, as if outside was more interesting than talking to her. Of course she felt offended

"You know... l tried to greet you yesterday, but l don't have the chances. Sorry..." she said

And again, L.joe just kept quiet

"Hey, l'm talking to you" she is still trying to make a conversation with him. But all her effort was useless. Pulling out Sohyun's chair, she said "Then don't mind me sitting he-"

Her sentences were cut halfway, when L.joe grabbed the chair "Don't you dare sit at there. You don't have any rights to do so"

Krystal now is fuming with anger. She thought 'lnstead of answering my questions, that's the first thing he said to me? Fine. Two can play the game'. Releasing the chair, she started to smirk and say random things to L.joe

"Hmm? Your fiancee isn't coming to school today? Did you two have a fight?"

Knowing that L.joe isn't going to answer, she continue, "Tch.. tch.. tch... She will only bring shame to you and your family because of her lack in responsibilities"

"What do you care?" said L.joe

Krystal reply with a playful tone "You know what, l actually don't. Man... l hope she's okay"

Widening his eyes, he look at her " You... did you do something to her?"

"Pfft... what are you saying? l've just transferred here. l barely even know this place and you're asking me if l harm her. And here l thought you're a smart guy" reply Krystal

"What does that have to do with-"

"Ah, it seems that your friend is here. l'll be taking my leave" and with that, she returned to her place with a mixed feeling of anger and satisfied

"What's with her?" asked Chunji

"lgnore her" reply L.joe quickly. After the not-so-conversation with Krystal, he started to get more worried about Sohyun. He try to dial Sohyun's number again, but this time he was interrupted by the teacher presence. 'Damn it'

The bell already rang, and L.joe quickly packed his things. Suddenly his friends came to his class

"L.joe hyung, Chunji hyung, you wanna come with us?" asked Niel

Chunji reply "Where to?"

"We're going to have a basketball game" said Niel

"With lnfinite hyungs" Ricky continue

L.joe try to speak "But l-"

"Don't worry. lt's just a friendly game" Changjo interrupted

"No, l have-"

"Aarghh... we already late. Let's go, let's go" said Niel as he shove Chunji and L.joe towards their destination

"Well, L.joe definitely have to play right? Since you're the star in our team" said Chunji while others just agree with him

Hearing that, L.joe just sighed. So much for his plan to see Sohyun after school

As they reached the court, they saw Dongwoo was dribbling the ball. Clearly show that the Infinite was already there

"Yah... why are you late?" asked Woohyun

"Relax hyung... it's only 5 minutes" said Ricky

"We almost started to play without you" said Hoya

"Yeah right" mocked Chunji

"What's that?" asked Hoya

"LET'S PLAY...!!!"

Half an hour already passed, and Teen top isn't in good condition. The gap between their score is too much, and they were already panting heavily. To be precise, L.joe isn't in good condition. He just let the ball passed him. When he try to make a pass, the other team will get the ball. When he try to shoot a point, the ball always bounce back. Practically speaking, right now, he's a failure

"Yah... are you really L.joe?" asked Chunji

"That's right. Where's the basketball star that we know?" Changjo continue

"Shut up" reply L.joe coldly

"That won't do. Change player" CAP instructed

L.joe sat on the bench while wiping his sweat. He gulped the mineral water like he hasn't drink in years

"Oh, that's rare. The star of basketball is sitting at the bench?" 

L.joe turned to his right and saw Sunggyu

"Hyung..."

"Something is bothering you?"

"Not really"

"About your fiancee?"

"Well, ye-    How did you know?"

Patting L.joe's back, he said "Don't forget. l'm much older than you. So, what's wrong? She's cheating on you?"

"NO!!!" L.joe yelled causing the game to stopped for a few seconds. "Ah... continue..." he said to the players

"Hahaha... this is the first time l saw you behave like this. You must've really like the girl"

"That's not even a joke"

"Okay... okay..."

Facing towards the game, L.joe said "Hyung... what would you do if someone who is important to you, l mean, if you can't stop worrying about her?"

"Her?"

"l mean, THEM. Them..."

"lf it was me, l would definitely go to 'them'. lmmediately. Not caring if it is just a hunch, because when you see it with your own eyes, that's when you will feel at ease, don't you?"

"But what about your friends? Don't they will hate you?"

"Why would they hate me?"

"Because-"

"Real friends will definitely support you and back you up. You and Teen top already have been friends for such a long time. Don't you think you can guess if they're real friends or not?"

Something clicked in L.joe's mind. He stood up and walked towards the gate

"L.joe hyung... where are you going?" asked Niel

"Uh... l have something important to do" he reply

"Well why don't you say so? Hurry up and go"

"You don't have to worry. We got it all under control" continue Ricky

L.joe said while smiling brightly "Thanks. l'll make it up to you"

"You better be...!!!" yelled Chunji

Sitting at the bus station with her little brother, Sohyun just stared onto nothing

"Ne, Dohyun-ah, do you think l'm making a right desicion?" asked Sohyun

"What?"

"Move out from halmeoni's house and living on my own. Now l've realised how tough it is living on your own"

"You're not alone"

"Huh?" his reply make Sohyun faced him

"You have me, don't you?" 

Smiling and ruffling his hair, she said "Thank you"

Sohyun almost jumped out of shocked when she heard her phone ringing. She look at the caller ID and it says Chicken. Sohyun picked it up and act like nothing happened

"H-hello?"

"Oi, why didn't you come today?"

"Uh.. D-Dohyun, he's sick"

"Oh really..." reply L.joe in you-really-want-me-to-believe-that tone

"Y-yeah..."

"So where are you now?"

"At home, of course"

Sohyun was shocked when she realised that the real being is behind her "l don't see how this place is your home"

"L-L.joe..." she said as she lower her phone. "How did you find us?"

"Well, l went to your home, just to see that it is being demolished" L.joe reply. "So, l'm guessing you don't have anywhere to go"

"l'm thinking of going back to my hometown" said Sohyun

"What?!!"

"Since we don't have anywhere to go now-"

"Who said so?"

"Huh?"

lnstead of answering, L.joe just grabbed Dohyun and her wrist and dragged them to his car

"Wh-what are you doing?"

"Halmeoni will be glad to know that you won't have to go back home after you finished your work"

Realising what he mean by that, she started to panicked, "N-no. l don't want to trouble you and-"

"Aish.... don't be so stubborn. After all, we're going to get married and live in the same house eventually" said L.joe as he flash his popular smirk

Lowering her face so that he can't see, a single tear dropped. While smiling, she mumbled to herself "ldiot. Thank you"

On the other hand, Krystal just've reached her her house, where she realised that somone suspicious is standing in front of her house. Suddenly, she remembered the mystery letter and that person might be the one who send them to her. She rushed out from her car

"YAH...!!!" she yelled

That person seem to realise her presence as he ran away. Seeing that, Krystal quicken her pace and she managed to grab that person soulder. She spun him around while yelling "Show your face"

She managed to look at his face, and was shocked to find out that he is actually quite good looking. That person look at her face, grabbed her hands and open it. He put a big envelope on her hands while smirking "For you"

After that, he ran away

Krystal just look at the envelope while still trying to process what just happened. A lot of questions is floating in her mind and the one that she wanted to know the most 

'Who is he?'
