Amber POV

“How did it go?” The cafeteria was filled with busy students that lunch time; I met up with Henry beside the main door. He kept looking around and watching each passing person keenly. From time to time he looked at his watch too, he was acting pretty strange.

“It was okay,” Henry answered still shifting his attention to different places still not looking at me.

Henry POV

‘Where is she?’ Thankfully Amber is here to accompany me while waiting or else I would’ve looked like a dude standing in a corner for nothing. “Have you seen Min Jung?”

Amber suddenly smiled and punched me on my shoulder “Ouch! What was that for?!” I yelped. Some students looked at us.

“Eii…tell me exactly what happened yesterday,” Amber teased.

“Amber, don’t you have anything better to do than tease slash annoy me?”

She shook her head with her smile plastered on her face. I just groaned, its so hard to have a best friend like her.

Suddenly something in my pocket vibrated, I quickly took out my phone and weirdly I received a message from an unknown number. Amber and I exchanged glances before I opened the message

‘Henry, I won’t be able to see you today. I have extended classes TT ^ TT Sorry  -- Min Jung’

Amber snapped her fingers and my head drooped down – heart dismayed.

I heard Amber sigh and pat my back “Yah! It’s okay Henry, there’s always next time,”

But I only felt like wanting to jump off a building more when I realized that I might be going to China next week.

Suddenly Amber stopped rubbing my back. I raised my head and looked at her who was now staring in deep space. Then her lips curved into a sly smile freaking me out. I tried making a step farther from her “W-what?”

She snapped her head towards me “I have a plan?”

“W-what plan,” My voice shook while asking my possibly deranged best friend.

“An EVIL plan,” then she rubbed her hands together like one of those villains in a movie.
