His body fell to the side and his breathing became uneven and ugly. I watched as he started to wheeze and cough up blood, looking at nothing but the sky. What the did I just do?! Daehyun was part of Remi’s life, part of her happiness. Now, because of me, a part of her happiness is gone.

I ran up to him and bent down, sitting him up.

“Daehyun. You can’t die. ! Please, be strong!” He coughed once more and his eyes closed. I knew that it was too late and it was best not to touch him. I sighed and back away to the opposite wall and sat down.

“I don’t know what’s wrong with me.” I sat there for half an hour in the darkness, burying my head in my hands. Daehyun…goddammit. A stray dog walked into the alley and went straight to Daehyun’s body. I got up and shooed it away, then walked away. I didn’t care if there was a huge blood stain on my sweater. If I get in trouble, then who the cares? Without Daehyun, Remi will only turn to Himchan, who’d be more than happy to help her.
