Absence makes the Heart Grow Fonder
I Don't Like K-Pop
After the paper incident, a couple more weeks have passed and they still haven’t seen each other. Even though they called or texted each other once in a while, he still missed seeing her. He tried focusing on work but it was a bit hard for him. Being the professional he was, he did his best not to make it show.
“You seem busy lately, work okay?” asked Hansae
“Yeah but it’s fun, the kids are fun but I want to kick their cute little behinds once they start playing games and stop listening to me” said Suzy
“Haha! I would pay to see that” he laughed
“I’ve noticed you and 형 (hyung) haven’t been hanging out in a while” said Hansae
“Well we’re both busy and it’s not like we’re together anyway” she said
“Not together? So you make out with a guy and you hang out with him a lot then you say you’re not together? Is that how it works where you’re from?” he asked
“We’re just dating; it doesn’t mean there’s like any commitment or anything and we didn’t make out!” she said
“So I guess what I saw a few weeks ago was my imagination” he said sarcastically “Are you cheating on him?”
“Yes, I’m cheating on him with a bunch of 10 year olds, it’s not cheating since he’s not my boyfriend!” Suzy was getting annoyed
“If you’ve been dating him, then he’s your boyfriend. Isn’t he why you stayed here instead of going home?” asked Hansae
Hansae left her in the living room to do his homework while she just flipped through channels on the TV. She started taking a few Korean TV lessons which is why she was able to learn some phrases.
