6jib promotions were going well and in the midst of performing for music shows, appearing on TV shows and the like, Kyuhyun had difficulty finding time in his schedule to go out with Suzy which he felt frustrating. He finally had a Tuesday night to himself and he told his manager that he would be meeting his high school friends.

“Where are you going?” asked Sungmin

“I…uh…I’m just going out with some friends from high school” said Kyuhyun, not wanting anyone else to know about his plans

“Why are you dressed so nice?” the older one asked

“Can’t I look nice?” asked Kyuhyun

“You’re going out with her aren’t you?” asked Sungmin

“누구 (who)?” asked the younger one pretending not to know who he was talking about

“The girl who slept in our room” he said

“No, and she’s just a friend” said Kyuhyun

“C’mon you can tell me, I thought I was your best friend” said Sungmin

“It’s just…our first date and I don’t want to jinx it” said Kyuhyun with a sigh

“So you and her are finally dating?” the older one asked

“Jealous? ㅋㅋㅋ”

Sungmin hits him on the back of the head while Kyu laughed and left the room. The rice brothers were in the living room watching TV and they noticed too that Kyu looked fairly decent even though he didn’t have a schedule to go to.

“Where are you off to?” asked Heechul

“Nowhere” Kyuhyun said in a quick reply

“And where is that?” asked Ryeowook

“Where I’ll be” said the youngest

He immediately leaves the dorm and goes off to meet you. The rice brothers went back to watching TV. They were used to Kyuhyun’s smart answers already so they didn’t mind.

*Ding*

Suzy walked out of the elevator and unto the balcony of the Namsan Tower. It was almost midnight and there was barely anyone there except a few older couples. Kyuhyun hasn’t arrived yet so Suzy waited for him by looking at the locks that were hanging everywhere. It was a warm summer night so she wore a denim skirt, t-shirt, hoodie and her high-cut chuck taylors.

She took a deep breath as she smelled the cool breeze. Suddenly someone approached her from behind and put her hood over her head. Suzy was surprised by it that she had to turn around to see who it was. There she saw Kyuhyun with a cheeky grin.

“Haha~ Sorry I’m late, did you wait long?” he asked

“Not really, I just got here…what is this place anyway? Why are there so many locks?” she asked

“Ah couples would go here to enjoy the view and they would write their names on the locks with a message. They would attach the locks here so that they would be together forever” he tried his best to explain it in English

“That’s the cheesiest thing I’ve ever heard, so why did you want to meet here?” Suzy asked

“Other places have many people and I know here at night, not so many” he said

They casually walked around the deck, enjoying the view with light conversation. Neither of them noticed the time and before they knew it they were the only people left except for the security guard who was waiting for them to leave.
