Joongki’s POV

            “What?! Where?!” I said while squinting at where Dongwoon was looking. All I saw were a group of girls dancing together. One girl, wearing a very revealing dress, reminded me of Krystal. But wait! Krystal’s in America. That couldn’t be her. “Naahh… Dongwoon, I think you need glasses. Krystal’s in America remember?” Dongwoon turned back to face me and said, “Yeah, I guess your right. Maybe I had too much to drink or something.” I stood up and fixed my clothes, “Drink too much? That’s ridiculous! The night is still young and everyone is having a great time. Why sit around remembering bad things? Let’s have fun and let loose.” I dragged Dongwoon back in to the crowd of people and started partying again.

Cheondung’s POV

            We got to Callista’s apartment and got out of the car. I helped Callista, who was half awake and fully drunk, get out of the car. Onew did the same to a wobbling Soyu. We helped the girls walk inside the building. The doorman unlocked the door for us when he recognized Callista. We went inside the elevator and Callista instinctively pushed the button to her floor. As we waited for the elevator to get to Callista’s floor, the only sounds that were audible were Soyu’s hiccups and Callista’s constant groaning. Onew and I were completely silent, and it was sort of uncomfortable since both of us like to talk to each other a lot. I lifted my head up a bit to look at Onew, only to find that he was pretty much preoccupied with supporting Soyu’s body with his shoulder, taking special care so she wouldn’t fall.

            The elevator stopped with a ping, and the four of us got out with some slightly wobbly movements. I looked to the right, left, and back to the right of the hallway, blinking a bit stupidly. “Um, Callista?” I called out, and she groaned, putting a hand over her ear. “Not so loudddd…” She muttered, her words slightly slurred. “Sorry.” I apologized, toning down my voice a bit, “Which way do we go?” She carelessly pointed to the left, almost hitting me on the face if I hadn’t dodged it quickly. I slowly helped her walk to the left side of the hallway and waited for Onew to help Soyu walk there as well. “Now, uh, Callista?” I asked softly. She looked up and grinned at me, cheeks slightly flushed. I couldn’t help but stare at her intently because of the way she looked right then.

            “Yes, Cheondung oppaaaa~?” She suddenly asked back, causing me to quickly cough and look the other way. I heard someone clearing their throat, and looked over my shoulder to find Onew giving me a mixed look between pleading and struggling. “Uh, can we speed this up a little, Cheondung-ah? I have a bad feeling that my shoes are going to get ruined twice tonight if we don’t hurry.” He said, inclining his head to Soyu, who was making loud retching noises. I quickly nodded and turned back to Callista. “Which one is your apartment?” I asked quietly, and she pointed to the door with a blue rug in front of it.

            I pulled her along with me to her apartment door, hoping that she wouldn’t throw up her insides on me. “Your key, please?” I asked. She dug around her purse for a few seconds before finally giving me a set of keys. I widened my eyes at them. “Which one’s the key to the apartment door?” I hurriedly asked, voice panicked. She tapped her chin thoughtfully but ended up giggling. “I don’t know, Cheondung oppa~ I forgot~” Callista replied, grinning widely. I mentally facepalmed myself and sighed. This was gonna take all freaking night. I inserted the first key into the keyhole and turned the knob. Didn’t budge. I tried the second key. Same result. “Oh my god Cheondung, just hurry the hell up! I think Soyu’s gonna blow any second now!” Onew hissed, voice panicked as Soyu’s retching started to grow louder.

            After that, I started trying the set of keys in lightning speed, almost slipping it a few times. The door finally opened at the eighth key and Onew and I quickly bolted inside with Soyu and Callista, Onew pulling Soyu into the bathroom while I helped Callista into her bedroom. I slowly laid her down on her bed and sighed in relief, feeling glad that nothing disastrous happened. I stood back up and popped my neck, suddenly feeling really tired. “Hey, Callista, where did you put your aspirin?” I asked softly. “I think it’s in the cupboard near the fridge in the kitchen…” She replied before shaking her head, “Wait, no. Stove, I meant the cupboard near the stove.” I nodded and carefully made my way out of her room, trying not to make a sound as I closed the door.

            I walked into the kitchen when I was out of Callista’s room and immediately opened the cupboard on top of the stove, pulling out the half empty bottle of aspirin. I set the aspirin down on the kitchen counter while taking a glass from the sink. “I hope Callista doesn’t get such a bad hangover later on.” I mumbled to myself as I filled the glass with water from the water dispenser. I picked up the bottle of aspirin and started walking back to Callista’s room. A loud retch and I paused, blinking, before backtracking to the bathroom door. I poked my head in and knocked on the door lightly, watching as Onew lifted his head up to look at me. Onew was sitting on the edge of the bathtub while Soyu was hunched over the toilet, vomiting her guts out.

“Um, hi.” I greeted, waving awkwardly when he greeted me back with a nod, “I heard a loud retching sound. Is everything okay?” Onew let out a small chuckle and said, “It was loud, wasn’t it? I think Soyu just finished emptying her stomach.” Soyu only nodded while still hunched over the toilet. “Here’s some aspirin to help with the headache.” I said as I gave a pill to Soyu and handed her the glass. “Thank you.” Soyu said. She put the pill in and drank the water. Onew helped her stand and walk to Callista’s room, so I went back to the kitchen to refill the glass with water.

When I got back to Callista’s room, Onew was putting a blanket over Soyu, who had immediately fallen asleep the minute she got to Callista’s bed. Her bed was just big enough for the two of them to sleep. Callista was sitting at the edge of the bed, rubbing her temples. I gave her the aspirin and the glass of water. “Thank you, oppa.” Callista said, lifting her head so that I could see her face. Her cheeks were still flushed, her eyes were half open, and a wide smile was plastered on her face. I couldn’t help but chuckle a bit at the cute face she’s making right now.

“Hey, Cheondung! Look outside! It’s pouring like crazy. I don’t think we can drive until it clears up.” Onew said while looking out the window. I walked to the window and saw that the rain was pouring mercilessly and the lightning flashes were very visible. “Yeah, you’re right. Maybe we should stay here for a while. You know… till the rain clears a bit.” I said, turning my head towards Onew. He nodded in agreement, his attention still on the heavy rain outside. I turned my head towards the bed and saw that Callista had already fallen asleep.

“Jeez ~ I’m beat. I’m gonna go lie down on the couch for a while.” Onew said while stretching his arms. “Yeah, me too.” I agreed. Onew and I went to the living room and plopped ourselves down on the couch. We started talking about what the other guys might be doing right now at the club, yawning and stretching at some point. Before we knew it, Onew and I had started to drift off and fell asleep.
