A week had passed after Dongwoo's breakdown, Sunggyu constantly called to see how he progressed, if he did. Dongwoo still constantly asks for Howon, stating that he never answers his phone calls or texts and he won't visit him.

Sunggyu is basically forcing himself not to march over there and slap some sense into Dongwoo, because that would only confuse him, he knows he has to find whatever sickness is eating Dongwoo inside.

It might be Schizophrenia, which Sunggyu hopes is out of the question, or maybe it's just Dongwoo's brain screwing with him.

Sunggyu gets a call from Dongwoo's mother after two weeks. He's in the hospital.

Sunggyu gathers the five other boys and rushes to the hospital, and upon arrival Sungjong is screaming at the nurse at the computer demanding for Jang Dongwoo's room number.

What's scaring them is that they can't protect the boy like how they promised Howon. Because whatever the problem Dongwoo is facing, he's going to have to face it himself.

The nurse gives them the room number and they rush off towards the stairs, because the elevator would take too long. The arrive not too long after, out of breath and sweating but they still keep running. They aren't doing this because they promised Howon, the promise was long forgotten.

They cared for Dongwoo, despite everything they had done and said before, none of it mattered either way, because Dongwoo had forgiven them long ago.
