Ryeowook’s POV:

We finally arrived in KOREA! WootWoot! Kimchi, I’m COMING!

“You did well, SJ” LSM praised us.

“Ne, kwaejangnim”  we told him. [A/N: LSM = Lee Soo Man. Kwaejangnim = sir. Correct me if I’m wrong]

“Now, you may rest for 2 weeks, I shall clear your schedules”

“Yay!” “Kamsahamnida!” We cheered.

“Now be off, you rascals” We exited his office.

“Cha, edera. Where would you like to go?” The manager asked us. 

[A/N: Cha = Now. Edera = Kids (correct me if I’m wrong)]

“HOME!” We all said in unison.

Siwon hyung’s phone rang. I plugged on my earphones and listened to my playlist. I usually wear only one side so that I could use my other ear to listen if anyone called me.

“MWORAGO?!” Siwon hyung said, he sounded shock.

“Bouya? Bouya?” EunHae hyungs asked.

“Shh!” Yesung hyung asked.

“A-arasso. Hyung, can you turn to Seoul University Hospital?”

“Waeyo, Siwon hyung?”

“Baro’s in the hospital”

“Um, chogiyo. Is there a patient named Baro, here?” Siwon hyung asked.

“Ah, Siwon-ssi.” We turned our heads to a familiar sight. It was Jinyoung.

“Ya, I’m your hyung” Siwon hyung was being a bit playful.

“Mianhatda, this old guy must be getting too old” Sandeul joked.

“Anyway, you’re here to see Baro hyung, right?” Gongchan said.

“Ne. why else would we be here?” Sungmin hyung said.

CNU leaded us to Baro’s room. ~~~ was already there, looking so lifeless. And Baro was covered with bandages.

“Whose the bastard that this f****-ing ?” Kyuhyun cursed.

Sungmin hit his arm and he mouthed “WHAT?”

“~~~, gwenchana?” Siwon hyung held her shoulders.

“She’s sleeping. The doctor gave her some medicine” Gongchan said, resting her head on his shoulder.

“What happened?” Yesung hyung asked.

“Baro was assaulted at your dorm” Jinyoung hyung answered.

“How?” Sungmin hyung asked.

“Molla. We were on our way back to our dorm when we got the call”

“BARO!” A lady came in. She went to Baro’s bed and cried. A man followed her from behind.

“Siwonnie, gwenchana?” the man asked.

“Ne, ahbuji. Gwenchana.” They hugged. So, those people are Siwon hyung’s parents. We greeted the father but the mother was too busy crying to notice.

“How did this happen, Baroro? What wrong have you done?” the mother cried.

“Umma …” Siwon started.

“Do you know who did this?”

“Aniyo. ~~~ and Baro was at the dorm”

She looked at ~~~ and anger filled her eyes.

“Baro, did you get hurt like this because you were protecting that ?!”

“Ya! !” Siwon’s mother went to ~~~ and pulled her hair.

“Aaah, umma! Umma!” ~~~ said in shock.

“What the f*** did you do to Baro?! Huh?!”

“I did nothing!”

“Oh, yeah?! Explain why Baro’s on the bed and NOT YOU! Huh?!”

“Honey, calm down”

“Andwae! This has always been causing us trouble. She hurt Baro, Siwon appa. I’m not gonna let her hurt anybody in our family anymore”

“Umma, please believe me! I did nothing!” ~~~ was on her knees and her hands were feeling around for her mum’s legs.

“Why are you even my daughter?!” she went out.

~~~ hugged her knees and cried. “Umma, I didn’t do anything. I’m sorry for not protecting him” she cried out.

I went to her and gave her a warm bear hug. She cried in my arms. I held her tighter, her hair, trying to calm her down.

“~~~-ssi, gwenchana?” I asked, in the most gentle voice.

“Oppa, it’s my fault for not doing anything to stop the fight. If I reached them earlier, he wouldn’t be here. If I wasn’t blind, I could’ve prevented all this. F*** me”

“Hey, hey, whoa there. No need to go curse yourself”

“You tried your best, you can’t change what’s already been done”

The hyungs tried to comfort her.
